I was currently living in XXXX California at the address stated above. I have a couple reasons to back up my claims this is an identity theft fraud : 1. There have been MULTIPLE frauds Ive had to overturn on my account since XXXX of XXXX. 2. I reived a letter from XXXX XXXX that my data had been stolen, including my social security number. You will see my original application, lease agreement, and notice to vacate attached to this document. 2. There are major holes in their claims because they used an old address that I no longer use. It just happens to be on my driver 's license still which I have NOT updated since I moved in XXXX of XXXX. 3. What's more? They took out these lines of credit in these apartment buildings states Ive never been to and places Ive never been to. 5. Ive created a credit fraud alert to the credit bureau and I have frozen my credit. THESE ARE THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS : XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1500.00} XXXX XXXX AMOUNT UNKNOWN Ive attached all the copies of police report, notice to vacate the XXXX address, income statements mailed to XXXX address stated above ( I rent so I do not pay utilities personally ), copy of my drivers license which has not been updated since I moved out of XXXX ( primarily because of COVID and I havent gotten around to it. ), and the signatures of the cop who filed my police report. Please let me know if I can assist you in this matter further. I had a near perfect credit score before this ( almost an XXXX ) and I would very much like my credit score to be reinstated to its rightful score and have these fraud claims overturned. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the XXXX XXXX and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. National Credit Systems inc. has violated my Consumer rights as well as my rights to privacy. I Have no contractual obligation to this company and this company should not have my personal information. National Credit Systems claims this account has been investigated and proven to be valid but has not provided any information on how it was lawfully investigated.
