Consumer Complaint: To whom this may concern, I've reached out to National Credit Systems " debt collector '' on several occasions. When I first received the letter in the mail XX/XX/XXXX I immediately called the same day on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX I advised her that my grandfather had just passed away and I would need a little time to lay him to rest and I also advised her I will send over the dismissal letter from the courts showing the case was dismissed. She advised to either email or mail a copy of the litigation from my lawyer showing the case was closed by the courts to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX with my account # XXXX to Client Services. I then received another letter dated XX/XX/XXXX in the mail after speaking with XXXX XXXX advising that " I have not made a suitable arrangement to resolve the above referenced debt and to please be advised we will soon report this account to one or more consumer reporting agencies " credit bureaus ''. Once accepted by a credit bureau, adverse info contained in their credit reports can make it difficult to obtain credit, rent, and/or secure favorable interest rate, You may avoid adverse credit reporting entirely if we can work out a suitable arrangement '' after I had just spoken with her on XX/XX/XXXX in regards to this matter and she agreed to take some time since my grandfather had just passed away on XXXX XXXX. I then called immediately again after seeing the letter on and I advised that I had just spoken to you in regards to my situation. She then advised I would need to have my lawyer mail & fax the dismissal letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX if not my case will be reported to all XXXX credit bureau 's. I then reached out to the Client Services dept on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that I can email a statement and a copy of my litigation to XXXX in which I emailed 3 times on the same date attached with the dismissal letter. I then called the next day and spoke with XXXX XXXX to see if the email was received & I was told that they never received the email and was told that I would have to mail the documents in. On XX/XX/XXXX I called and spoke with the manager XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX & b he advise that after 58 days the account is forwarded over to the manager and sent over to the credit bureau 's. I stated to the manager that I have called & spoke with XXXX XXXX regards to the passing of my grandfather and she advised to allow me some time to burry my grandfather & to grieve. I also advised to the manager that the case was closed on XX/XX/XXXX and this should have never been reported to the credit bureau 's because your company can get in big trouble. He advised if the case was closed he does not want to get sued or in trouble and that the lawyer still needs to reach out and provide him the dismissal letter from the courts. I cant provide that information to them. I then reached out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where the case was dismissed and I was advised that National Credit Systems is not supposed to report to the credit bureau 's since the case was dismissed in court and to reach out to all XXXX bureau 's and provide a copy of the dismissal showing the case was dismissed and closed by the judge. I sent out several letters attached showing proof with the dismissal letter from the court to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to National Credit Systems illegal reporting & needing to be removed since the case was closed by the courts from the time it was reported to the all 3 bureau 's up until now and before the 30 days approach I receive feedback every time stating the account is accurate & will stay on my report. I did show XXXX deleted National Credit Systems on XXXX XXXX but National Credit Systems reported it back to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and now its back on my report. I also do show they update the credit bureau 's every 2 weeks incorrect information when its hurting my credit and needs to be removed. I have attached the dismissal letter from the court showing proof that the case was closed. Please have all 3 bureaus remove the false information from my report. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I moved out 3 weeks prior to the official termination date of my lease. I had to move due to having to relocate for a job in another city. The landlord at the time stated that that would be fine since I gave a WRITTEN NOTICE 30 days in advance of my having to move. He stated that they would get the apartment rented out and I would not have to worry about anything else. The landlord accepted the written notice and made note that I was vacating the premises and I heard nothing else from them. Now here we are in XXXX and there is a balance on my credit report of {$480.00} and this has drastically impacted the credit score that I am working so hard on. It has impacted my score to the point that I am not able to rent anywhere else for me and my daughter. I have attempted to dispute this several times. I would like for this to be removed from my credit so that me and my daughter can find a nice place to live.

Consumer Complaint: A lease was improperly opened in my name in 2017. I was not notified of ownership or liability to this lease until several months after the lease 's beginning date. I did not accept the validity of the debt, but as an extremely XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the severe pressure to fulfill the invalid debt motivated me to take steps to " mitigate damages ''. It is Pennsylvania law that, when certain conditions are met, tenants may allow a subletter to take over the lease to mitigate damages. I met those conditions and furnished a subletter ; however, the original account opener refused to share with me the address associated with the lease, and therefore acted unlawfully. After working with a lawyer and threatening to sue via defamation of character, the original account opener immediately offered a settlement, which I refused. My lawyer advised me that I was but one of countless students that fell victim to the original account openers ' coercion schemes. The original account openers were unable to furnish original documents due to a change in employment of the person responsible for their management. As a result, the lawsuit was not taken further and the debt has remained invalidly on my report for several years, hampering my ability to secure housing and credit. The original account opener 's history of fraudulent and coercive tactics, their inability to furnish sufficient orginal documents, their refusal to accept lawful mitigation of damages, and their refusal to share with me the address associated with the lease amply demonstrates that the debt is invalid and should be removed from my reports immediately. Consumer Complaint: I have recently called National Credit Systems to dispute the validity of this debt that has somehow appeared on my credit without my written consent pursuant to 15 USC 1681b. They said they have contacted me multiple times by phone however, being that it was during business hours I could not have answered. I finally called them back after until them leaving me a voicemail. I have not received any written letter regarding this debt that is not mine from anyone or anybody. Being said on XX/XX/XXXX I received my most recent credit report, which had a new collection account from National Credit Systems, which I did not authorize and that violates my consumer rights according to 15 USC 1692c. National Credit Systems has failed to provide me any proof of a contract that has my wet/original signature with the said owed amount to them. I called National Credit Systems yesterday and spoke with XXXX to let them know of my actions of cease and desist, deletion of the collection account from their system, report this information of deletion to the consumer reporting agencies, and a check of {$3000.00} as settlement of violations to avoid legal action by the consumer to said debt collector. Being that if a debt collector can not prove said debt by written contract between said parties they are in violation of federal law. This is a complaint in addition to the demands made yesterday.

Consumer Complaint: Back in 2018 i moved out my very first apartment in XX/XX/2018 my lease was ending in XXXX and the rent was XXXX when i was leaving it was agreed upon with the manager at that time that if i turned in my keys XX/XX/XXXX by like XXXX or XXXX then they wont consider it a breach since my lease was almost over. we live in a military town! one of the biggest so if you dont move when you can you will not be able to due to over population. i didnt want to stay due to countless of times my rent was never " received '' and we paid by money order in person. which never made sense to me. and sometimes i had to pay double rent just cause they say theres no record. i wasnt the only tenant with this problem and they was upping our rent as well so a few of us moved around the same time to another neighborhood. it got to a point i was getting behind other bills and sometimes had to suffer with no lights or phone due to it and i was a new mother. my daughter wasnt even one yet. i was young and it was my first ever place so i took there word! never knew about getting stuff in writing for documentation at the time but now i do. I was never informed about fees and of course i never got my deposit back which was expected! just last XXXX, i got a notification from credit karma about a new debt collection. at first it never said anything except the debt collection agency. it took months to even figure out what it was. i contacted them to let them know and they said " they doubt anybody would tell me that '' they are now under new management and also controlled by a computer! And now its states i owe about XXXX to them which dont even make sense! they just said a clean up fee which wouldnt even be that much and my rent was only XXXX as well. recently i been trying to move to relocate for work and my lease is almost up and i cant even do that cause of this. the disputing multiple times wont even work and im running out of time. i live too far from my job and not getting any resolution on this

I asked him if I can not find the funds within that timeframe and if the company offers the same thing in the future, will it be paid for delete. He stated yes XXXX Initial call me to inform me of the same offer. This time he stated that he never said that on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked for the voice recorder from our calls to confirm it. He got very angry on the phone and send me to his manager 's voice-mail. Left a voice mail, and never received a callback. XXXX initial call me for the same package deal. Told him that I waited for the voice recorder from XXXX to confirm that he told me that I can pay {$2200.00} for payment for deletion. Once again, he got very aggressive on the phone and send me to the manager. Spoke to him briefly because he immediately hang up on me when I tried to speak to him on a civil matter. I'm just trying to request the recorder from our previous conversation to confirm what has been told to me. They're being hostile and I want to resolve this matter and move on.

Consumer Complaint: some one used my identity to rent an apartment in 2018 while i was living in another city state when i say this matter as a collections account i reached out to the creditor and they told me that this had been resolved and reassured me that the items would be removed from credit bureaus. Shortly afterwards I was in contact with a collections agency whom asked me to supply several pieces of information so I did and then they said that they had ( docusigned document ( really ) and that this matter needed a FTC report ( I provided that ) now just resent they said the original dispute was missing a poilce report so i reached out to the police depart to get that information and his still has been removed from my bureaus. have made several attempts to have this matter removed and each time the company doesn't remove. The item was original placed on all three bureaus and removed from only XXXX ( XXXX ) but this information has been left on the back end reporting for a company called ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) it's still showing up on a back end report that should have been removed many years ago. Once I contacted the collection company again for them to remove /delete all they did was inform that they would send out another form for me to complete because the account information was incomplete. ( this is ridiculous ) I advised that I have done this before with notarized documents and such then they ask for something else a FTC report ( I did that ) then they ask for a police report ( I did that ) and this matter is still showing on my credit buraus. Please assist in correcting this is so exhausting to say the least Thank you for all you help.

Although I have furnished proof with a police report, received no validation of the debt by the original creditor or the bureaus. I have received no traction on a debt that does not belong to me. I have provided proof on my end and the companies are not being held responsible for truly validating this debt. I filed with identitytheft.gov # XXXX along with CFPB # XXXX. I am a victim but am being punished. According to FCRA 623 prohibits information furnishers from providing information that they know or have reasonable cause to believe is inaccurate In accordance with the Fair credit reporting act National Credit Systems has violated my rights 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C Section 604 A section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions
