This ground for removal. The also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : The law clearly states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I haven't given these accounts written permission to furnish the accounts on my credit report as well.

Consumer Complaint: This situation occurred in XX/XX/2016 where I was renting an apartment in XXXX, XXXX During the events of doing the walk through, we noticed spots on the carpet, mold on the walls, outdated appliances and bathroom. We advised the management that these issues need to be fixed prior to moving in. I paid the deposit and first month first for a total of {$1000.00}. When we moved into the apartment, things looked fine. Around 2 weeks later, I noticed the the stain in the carpet had gotten bigger and the wallpaper was peeling, revealing the mold. The maintenance department was called at least 3 times for various of reasons. Around XX/XX/2016, I was done begging to have issues fixed in the apartment and spoke with management about terminating my lease. The apartment manager at the time decided she did not need to do a walk through of the apartment and preceded to advise me to drop the keys off at the front office when I am done moving out. Now all these years later, the company decided that I owed money for the apartment citing damages were done to the apartment which I advised the collecting company that the apartments failed to do a walk through and anything after I left was untrue. They harassed me, ruined my credit, call me all hours of the day and night after I repeatedly told them to stop calling me.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems is reporting a debt on XXXX only. I have called to verify this debt and they can not find any account assigned to me when I provide my personal information including my social security number. I disputed the collection with XXXX and it came back only to update the amount owed by {$1.00} I spoke with an agent at said credit bureau who confirmed the collection agency contact information. Again, I called the collection agency, who still denies having any information about me or an account. I have never received a written notification about this. XXXX says they cant remove it and National Credit Systems says the same due to no record existing. This must be removed from my XXXX credit report by SOMEONE!

Consumer Complaint: I had filed a claim with the CFPB to resolve the debt with the National Credit Systems ( Claim XXXX ). The debt was confirmed and NCS responded to the claim with the amount due. I agree with the result of the claim and proceeded to try to pay NCS the disputed amount. Their online portal will not allow me to pay the debt as it has a system error that has still not been resolved. When entering the amount that is due along with my SSN, their site returns an error of " Arithmetic overflow error converting varchar to data type numeric. ". This error has existed for weeks now with no resolution. When calling their Customer Support number directly, the same error occurs in their internal system and they can not locate my account despite being provided the amount that is due along with my SSN.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from the National Credit System , Inc. about a debt that I supposedly had with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I NEVER HAD DEBTS WITH THAT PLACE. Prior to the National Credit System notice, I NEVER RECEIVED a call or letter from XXXX XXXX letting me know that I had an outstanding debt. The SUPPOSED DEBT was sent by XXXX XXXX directly to debt collection, which is incorrect and ILLEGAL. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked the Office Manager for an explanation. After checking that I did not have any debt with this office, she made a copy of the letter and promised to resolve that problem with the debt collection office. APPARENTLY, SHE DID NOTHING. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice from XXXX XXXX, one of the companies that monitor my credit and data security, where they report that my credit history had dropped XXXX points due to AN UNPAID DEBT. I immediately requested Credit Reports from XXXX and XXXX, where this debt appears unpaid, affecting my credit history. I do not have, nor have I had, outstanding payments TO ANYONE, least of all XXXX XXXX. I have had financing with different companies for two cars and a house, for several years, and I HAVE NEVER BEEN BEHIND PAYMENTS.

I have never given National Credit System any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe.
