Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a resbonsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XX/XX/2023 XX/XX/2023. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshot attached :

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to do an XXXX XXXX cycle with a XXXX clinic, XXXX, back in XXXX for which they fabricated medical information and committed medical fraud. They stated I had XXXX XXXX and could get XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I simultaneously had my primary XXXX perform an XXXX for which I have the medical records stating that there wasnt any follicles most likely but possibly there was one and that I was XXXX. In the end I never got the service that I paid {$8000.00} for and lost in additional {$4000.00} or so on the medication. This XXXX XXXX could not even supply me with medical records that this was attempted or anything which is another violation of medical law. I put this on my M & T bank credit card for which they did refund me the medication amount but the {$8000.00} clinic amount they are not refunding me despite the fact that the merchant stated multiple times that they would give me a refund! I have an email from the merchant stating they would email me dated XX/XX/2023 and the bank is refusing to acknowledge that and take the money back. That is in violation of United States credit laws. If merchant promises a refund, the bank is supposed to take the money back on behalf of the customer, and they are refusing to do so.

I am pleased to inform you that I have diligently met all the specified requirements within the stipulated timeframe. To provide you with the relevant details : Account Holder 's Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : My Choice Premium Checking - XXXX Promo link used : XXXX Despite having fulfilled the conditions outlined in the promotion, I have not yet received the promised {$400.00} bonus. Consumer Complaint: I opened up an account at M & T bank because this is the bank my wife banks at. I started the account with {$50.00}. The banker stated on the account that I was unemployed. I told him I didnt work in the XXXX XXXX as yet because I recently moved over but I still receive income from my XXXX job. They blocked the account a few days after I opened it. They told me I logged in from more than one device. I told them I did log in from more than one of my devices and I think I have the right to do that. I have been in the bank to try and sort the issue no help no results they kept telling me to call the fraud department when I called the fraud department they told me they cant do anything I have to go into the bank I recently transferred {$130.00} dollars to the account by mistake because the card is on my XXXX XXXX and now I have no access to my money they are saying I have to wait until someone reaches out to me Ive been waiting for a very long time with no results. I dont understand why this is happening in the very first place.

Consumer Complaint: I requested to opt out of my escrow account and the request was not approved. My initial mortgage company ( XXXX Mortgage ) gave me the option of paying my own hazard insurance and county taxes because of the amount of my down payment. It was my understanding that my current mortgage company would honor the same provision of the original loan. Since M & T Bank took over my mortgage I over payed my mortgage by over {$7000.00} the first year ( XXXX ), and my mortgage payments for XXXX went from {$740.00} to {$2200.00}. This is because apparently they are unable do determine the amount of home owners insurance and property tax due at the end of the year. I am willing and able to make my property tax and home owners insurance payment directly to my insurance company and county tax office.
