Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis is NONCOMPLIANT AND NOT DEPENDABLE WHEN IT COMES TO PROVIDING ACCURACY WITHIN A CONSUMERS CREDIT DISCLOSURE! Although I have called and authenticated myself several times on the same phone call with several different representatives, lexisnexis is still addressing me as a man. If lexisnexis completed a thorough, accurate and complete investigation then there is no way this company can be claiming to have verified this alleged bankruptcy listed on my credit report???? How are you verifying any personal information for a man when I am a woman?? Why do you keep addressing me as a man when Ive sent you my drivers license, utility bill and social security card?? Please take this complaint as you have been put on notice that I am moving forward with legal proceedings! This company is noncompliant and did not complete an investigation that is fair to me as the consumer. How will you initiate a dispute on my behalf to the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX when you are referring to me as a man?? The three credit bureaus will not be able to dispute this alleged bankruptcy because you have provided them my file as being a man!!!

No written instructions were given/submitted to anyone. My bankruptcy should not be on my consumer report with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. This violates my consumer rights and should be removed immediately. I have reached out to the bankruptcy court ( see attachment ) they have confirmed that they do not report/verify bankruptcies to the credit bureaus. I have included communications from LexisNexis who have been reporting to XXXX about my bankruptcy without my permission. As you see in the attached correspondences that their customers which include companies in various industries such as financial services, insurance, government and healthcare have a permissible purpose to access my information. this is a direct violation to my consumer rights.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis continues to report an alleged bankruptcy with no validation of the alleged bankruptcy. I called the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and spoke to the clerk of court who stated the court does not release court filing to any third party unless they are a party to the case or legal counsel. LexisNexis is not a party to this filing nor a legal firm or entity therefore there is no way LexisNexis can validate this alleged bankruptcy under FCRA. I have repeatedly asked for verification records on who exactly provided this alleged bankruptcy to LexisNexis so I may follow up with that person. LexisNexis has provided no evidence of said bankruptcy records and continue to furnish this inaccurate information to the reporting agency.
