Consumer Complaint: Id like to ensure that you have and ONLY RETAIN current, TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and MANDATED REPORTED information per FCRA regulations. I DEMAND, as it is my lawful RIGHT ( s ) to do so, that you DELETE all information that is deficient of any condition, mentioned above. Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! The reports are not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: When I was purchasing car insurance on XX/XX/23, I received a notice that the data that they were pulling from Lexis Nexis did not match the information that I had provided. My sex/gender was incorrect according to their records. I am a female ; their records show I am a male ( incorrectly ). I contacted the company on XX/XX/23 to correct this error. They confirmed that their records state that I am a male ( I am not ), so they opened a dispute and investigation. They will mail me the results of the investigation in 30 days. The results will also show where my data is coming from, as that information was not available to the customer service representative. I was told that the source of my data could be another private company or a government agency like USPS. I requested proof that this error will be corrected with the companies that Lexis Nexis has already sold my data to ; I was told that I needed to wait for the letter in the mail that would have more information and the results of the investigation.

Consumer Complaint: 1st I am stressed and displeased that I see there is a bankruptcy on my credit report. This is really damaging my credit worthiness. I am trying to buy a home for me and my family and this is not fair. My information was in a XXXX & XXXX breach some months ago so I thought you all would protect my consumer report. I do not feel that my information is being protected. This is a defamation to my character and according to 15 U.S.C. 1681, you should be protecting my privacy and the accuracy of my report. This is not right and going against my federal consumer rights. This is causing emotional and mental stress as of now. Please remove ASAP Upon speaking to the bankruptcy court, they do NOT furnisher people 's information to 3rd party so this is illegal, neglect and fraud. You all can get sued for these damages. This is negatively effecting my livelihood. I can't provide a good life for my children due to these falsified damages from the bankruptcies. I am upset!! You all are a secondary bureau that houses consumers information. I feel your database is inaccurate and I am filing ligation against this.
