Consumer Complaint: LEXUS NEXUS reported our dismissed bankruptcy without prejudice to the three credit bureaus, even though they did not obtain this information directly from the courts ( listed as the " Creditor '' ) There is no " creditor '' in this case as no activity occurred whatsoever regarding this case. Credit bureaus are advising that this will be on our report until XX/XX/2029 even though no product or service was ever rendered to or by us by anyone or any business at all regarding this case. How can a 3rd party reporting service report a case of owed credit that does not exist? Would that not be considered fraudulent information? We have contacted the court, who has let us know that they neither report NOR verify this information, so the credit bureaus saying they verified the information as accurate can not possibly be true.

Consumer Complaint: There is a Bankruptcy reported inaccurately on my XXXX and XXXX account. Both XXXX and XXXX claimed that the information was verified with Lexis Nexis. However, I've suppressed my Lexis Nexis ( and have the confirmation letter below ) months before requesting the removal of the bankruptcy and they ( XXXX, XXXX ) managed to still get information from Lexis Nexis. This in violation with FCRA regulations and I'm requesting the Bankruptcy reported on my XXXX and XXXX account be removed.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I submitted a Notice of Dispute and Request to Remove Incorrect Information from my LexisNexis Accurint Report ( XXXX ) to XXXX regarding the incorrect Employment Records that LexisNexis is reporting on my LexisNexis Accurint Report. On XX/XX/2023, I submitted a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) complaint ( XXXX Complaint # XXXX ) via the CFPB Consumer Portal regarding the incorrect Employment Records that LexisNexis is reporting on my LexisNexis Accurint Report. On XX/XX/2023, LexisNexis responded to XXXX Complaint # XXXX with an attached letter titled XXXX XXXX ( XXXX KB ). LexisNexis ' response to my complaint is insufficient. LexisNexis response states : Please note that employment, phone, address, drivers license, and property records listed on his Accurint report can not be removed from his report. Instead of correcting the incorrect information, LexisNexis attempted to claim that LexisNexis is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency and that my LexisNexis Accurint Report is not governed by the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: I have placed over 6 complaints attempting to get old addresses, telephone numbers, and names removed from my credit report. The information that I am requesting removing is old, wrong, or unknown. Lexisnexis provides investigation reports indicating that the information is removed but once I review the report there are no changes made. It has been a lengthy process and a total nightmare dealing with lexis nexis. Something needs to be done to stop this agency with providing a horrific service that is costing consumers ' added expenses when purchasing various products.
