Consumer Complaint: I am a Veteran and have face homeless situations for 15 times in 5 years and still managed to get my credit score up. While trying to buy a home I am being denied due to XXXX XXXX housing and Hud housing that has employees lying to cover what they do wrong. I have called and asked for help to fix or change policies that lead to inhumane policies and laws that no one is willing to change. The 3rd party reporting agency is not a XXXX accredited agency. My credit score is good enough to buy a house, but I am being punished, hassled and or denied due to things not being my fault. Houses are being rented before they are declared habitable. Houses are being rented as duplexes with one electric meter and one water meter. When you are on a set income, we do not have ways to change this. We do not seem to matter anymore. I am doing all I can to change the situation of negativities. I can not take responsibility for the actions of others to report things just to hurt others. Companies get mad when you say they would not want to be treated this same way and yet do not care to do it to you. When buying a house. I am asked to not get any line of credit and yet I am told I need a car loan. I am not supposed to live in my car. This will cancel my home loan. They credit agencies and the loan companies deny having any way to help change these things. I am living in a Hud apartment that spent 6 weeks not fixing my furnace. I have a stove that only shuts off by the breaker switch. The nobs do not shut off the oven. The coil will not shut off. This is a issue that repeats and we as humans need to care more than the words of sorry. Sorry is not good enough. Someone needs to help spread the word we can make a difference if we all just stand to speak what needs to change. I am being reported for late payments. How do I change or make a payment when the company denies letting me. How is it fair to report me late if they refuse my payment. I am responsible for my actions and their actions. How did this come about?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I was first offered a loan for my company for {$100000.00} by XXXX. XXXX uses XXXX for identity verification, and I was sent a contract that used the XXXX identity verification. However, it was quickly determined that my social security number was crossed with someone else 's social security number. Therefore, I could not get the loan because my identity could not be verified. I spoke to XXXX on numerous occasions, and they resent the documents at lease 20 times. However, nothing ever happened because the information is still wrong in XXXX 's system. I sent my drivers license and utility bill ; however, no help. I spoke to XXXX on numerous occasions and was told that they are pulling my social security number and information associated with it from LexisNexis. I told them their information regarding my SSN was wrong, however, I was not given any help whatsoever other than being told that there's nothing they can do even though they know my SSN is wrong in their system. I also spoke to LexisNexis regarding this problem. I sent my drivers license and utility bill ; however, their system has not been updated and I have been denied {$100000.00} loan for my business over 20 times because of this issue. I have tried numerous times to get both XXXX and LexisNexis to correct their databases pertaining to my social security number. However, I have received no response as to how they will correct the issue they have caused with no regard for how it has negatively affected my business.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address a series of concerns stemming from the utilization of my personal data by LexisNexis without my explicit consent. Despite multiple attempts to establish communication, I have been unable to reach a live representative in twelve separate instances, prompting this formal letter. As of late, I have become aware of the significant impact that LexisNexis Risk Solutions holds over critical determinations affecting various aspects of one 's livelihood, including but not limited to insurance coverage, employment prospects, and credit accessibility. However, the lack of transparency and accountability in data handling processes has led to undue complications and adverse consequences for individuals, including myself. On XX/XX/XXXX, during a routine procedure to adjust my insurance coverage following a divorce, I was apprised of a denial from my insurance provider, citing information sourced from LexisNexis as the basis for their decision. This swift and uninformed action left me without insurance coverage for my vehicle, subsequently leading to a chain reaction wherein other major insurance companies similarly denied my requests for coverage. Further attempts to obtain clarification from the organization regarding the information provided to these insurance companies have proved futile. After conducting my own investigation, I have uncovered that the data in question, primarily pertaining to my involvement in multiple insurance claims within a limited time frame, fails to consider the nuanced circumstances surrounding each incident. It is imperative that LexisNexis upholds a greater sense of corporate responsibility in handling sensitive data that can significantly impact an individual 's livelihood. In light of these events, I urge LexisNexis to provide clear and concise responses to the following inquiries : 1. What specific issues does LexisNexis Risk Solutions aim to address, and how does this data harvesting purportedly benefit the individuals it affects? 2. What guidelines does this company adhere to in differentiating between fair data use and unwarranted invasion of privacy? The comprehensive nature of the data I have accessed has raised significant concerns. 3. How does the team approach cases like mine, where mere data suppression fails to rectify the consequences exacerbated by your organization 's actions? 4. What measures does this organization intend to implement to ensure individuals have access to direct communication with a designated representative, beyond the existing online resources? 5. Should I consider seeking legal counsel to ensure the proper addressing of these concerns, or will this organization take these matters seriously without legal intervention? The impact of LexisNexis 's operations extends beyond the immediate financial and emotional toll it has taken on my life. I implore you to take immediate steps towards a more accountable and humane approach, considering the broader implications. I look forward to your prompt response in addressing these matters and finding a mutually beneficial resolution.
