Consumer Complaint: I applied to XXXX XXXX for the following : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( using XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( using XXXX ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX All cards were denied for the reason of not ring able to verify my identity, for the business cards it stated my business name could not be verified. Information was provided to contact XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in the denial letter. I called XXXX and verified with them, as they walked me through how to access my XXXX report that the business name is correct. XXXX was wrong. XXXX, at the time of application, for All applications mention above sent me a link and I had to make a video of my face and also take a photo of the front and back of my drivers license. I did this and continue to attempt many times. There kept being an error with accepting the license. It state it was too close then too blurry I kept trying until the link timed out, I then called XXXX bank to report the glitch and was told Id get a letter in the mail. Once I got the denial letters I asked for another way to verify my identity I was told that u had to apply again. My credit was pulled 4 times. Im trying to build my business credit and I wanted the XXXX and XXXX cards for this. The XXXX but now pay later was a personal application. Only synchrony gives me the identity error. My credit report for all bureaus has an alert that prompts creditors to call my cell phone to verify I gave permission for a credit pull. Some companies ask for ID and proof of address to be sent via an encrypted email, Ive never had an issue verifying my identity. Its simply unfair to give me credit pulls if the link that was sent was faulty and did not work. I should be told to apply again, this isnt fair to consumers. I was told by a XXXX bank rep that my number for my business ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) did not match my application. She informed me that XXXX XXXX was used. I asked her why the Denial letter cited XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. My XXXXinformation is correct so XXXX XXXX needs to be updated. XXXX bank used a faulty link to verify identity it would not accept my drivers license yet I get a denial and cited for unable to verify identity. I had pre approvals for the business XXXX and commercial XXXX card
