Consumer Complaint: On about XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to dispute information in report Accuity provided to the Social Security Admin. They told me I would have to request a copy of the report first. I requested it. On XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed the information in the report orally, by email, with a copy sent by mail. I included the case and consumer number given to me by Accuity on these disputes. Accuity sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, received on XX/XX/XXXX, with a different case number and ID number saying I needed to provide my personal information again. I sent this on XX/XX/XXXX. I just received another letter, with a third case number and ID number, asking for personal information again. Rather than deal with the dispute, they keep opening new files and asking for the same information. It has been more than 30 days since I first tried to dispute the accuracy. In the meantime, I am being removed form XXXX and XXXX while I have extensive medical needs.

Consumer Complaint: I moved from XXXX XXXX XXXX at the end of XXXX. When I updated my auto insurance, my rate increased by almost 60 % ( and I have a good driving record ). My insurance carrier provided information on how to contact LexisNexis to obtain a copy of my XXXX XXXX Report which was a factor in determining my rate increase. I have attempted to do this twice online and once via their automated telephone line where you can not reach a human being, and continue to receive letters via US Mail over a week later that they are " unable to process request '' even though I have provided them with my drivers license number, full name, current address and zip code, current phone number, full social security number and full date of birth. They are requesting additional documentation to prove I am who I say I am which they should already know, or be able to easily ascertain through their client, my insurance carrier. There also was no opportunity on their online portal to submit this type of documentation. According to my insurance company, I only have 60 days to receive a copy of the LexisNexis report they considered. I feel like LexisNexis is deliberately giving me the runaround and making it difficult to impossible to obtain this report.

Consumer Complaint: This is the THIRD CFPB complaint I have filed against LexisNexis to correct errors in my consumer file. In response to my last CFPB complaint, LexisNexis dubiously claimed that I failed to submit sufficient evidence of my identity. To prevent any further unfounded assertions by LexisNexis regarding proof of identity, I have attached my drivers license, birth certificate, passport, social security card and cell phone bill dated XX/XX/, with my current address. I have also attached the confirmation letter from LexisNexis in response to my most recent request for a copy of my consumer file. My consumer number is XXXX. My case number is XXXX. I have also attached the applicable pages of my consumer file containing the information I wish to dispute. My full legal name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NOT XXXX XXXX as stated in Section 1 of my report. Please see the attached documentation. Please remove the name XXXX XXXX from Section 1 of my file. Additionally, my phone number is NOT XXXX as listed in Section 1 of the report. Please see the attached phone bill. I have NEVER used the number XXXX. LexisNexis falsely claimed that this number was not listed in my file in response to my last CFPB complaint. However, the attached evidence is irrefutable. I want this number to be removed from Section 1 of my file. Finally, as previously stated, my full legal name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Section 8 of my file incorrectly states that my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please remove this incorrect name from my file. It is my sincere hope that my file will at last be accurate as a result of this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I file this complaint to compel LexisNexis to honor my request to opt out of XXXXXXXX XXXX promotional lists. According to the attached letter dated XX/XX/2023, I failed to submit my date of birth and social security number with my request. Quite frankly, this is a false assertion. It seems that LexisNexis and XXXX XXXX XXXX would rather continue to make money selling my personal information while knowing full well that I have been the victim of identity theft. That is honestly disgusting. I have attached my drivers license, birth certificate, social security card, passport and a recent cell phone bill. Although it should be unnecessary to do, I have also attached the ID Theft Report I filed with the Federal Trade Commission to refresh LexisNexis ' recollection of the theft of my identity. I have stated this fact to LexisNexis many times, including in prior CFPB complaints. I expect my opt-out request to be honored forthwith. My XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX.
