I researched how to remove the fraudulent items in my report and found that I need to visit FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION or https : //www.ftc.gov to file a report Per FCRA section 605b Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove/block any items listed on an ID theft report. Please find the ATTACHED documents to assist in the blocking of the erroneous information that is being posted to my report. Here is the list of items that do not belong to me or were opened without my permission. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. are consumer reporting agencies, and I am the Consumer. These agencies have failed to do so. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk SolutionsXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to any creditors ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states ''Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states ''Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. ''I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: I mailed SEVERAL letters to resolve the FOLLOWING ISSUES to ALL CREDIT BUREAUS. All bureaus FAILED to resolve these issues. *Reporting the wrong information my EXACT NAME & ADDRESS that appears on my driver 's license. any other names and address are non-mailable & or do Not exist. * Reporting Employer information that i Clearly wrote a letter to inform that i DO NOT want my employment information exposed on my credit reports. Credit Bureaus still have it exposed. * Reporting over XXXX inaccurate discrepancies ALL OVER MY REPORTS. ALL Credit Scores are different. ALL Balances and overpayments or different. *Reporting XXXX Loans information without mu knowledge and consent. Violating the Family Educational Act *Reporting 2 Bankruptcies that i have a letter from the XXXX XXXX House stating that the DID NOT give ANY BUREAUS consent nor I GAVE any Consent or no knowledge or sign any consent from Bankruptcy to report on my reports. VIOLATING LAWS AND MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER *Reporting 4 charge offs that violating laws. these companies knowingly and willingly reporting charge offs that HAD BEEN PAID AND DO NOT EXSIST according to the laws i attached below. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO BECOME DEPRESSED STRESSED LOST MONEY HIGH INTREST RATES THAT IS NOT NECESSARY. I CAN NOT GET ANY TYPE OF REMEDY TO PUSH FORWARD IN LIFE. IT HAS NOT BEEN FAIR TO ME AND MY FAMILY. AND AGAIN, VIOLATING LAWS AND MY RIGHTS! I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt V. Gravens ( mo ) 281 SW 715,719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore exists. I ATTACH A NOTE ON THE LAWS THA ARE BEING VIOLATED.

Consumer Complaint: Dear LexisNexis & XXXX XXXX XXXX I verified and authenticated myself months ago and I have to documents that was mailed to me to provide proof of that. I verified myself and my phone number over the phone and online. It wasn't until I requested another consumer report and I accidentally entered my wrong DRIVER LICENSE NUMBER ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Issued In Pennsylvania This has effected my case with CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX because I don't no longer hold access to the phone # ( XXXX ) XXXX. My phone # has been XXXX for years now. I was approved for Auto Loan and I received check from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and sent to the private seller XXXX XXXX. XXXX Deposit the check with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$25000.00} and they put the funds on hold and closed her account. They claim not being able to verify my Phone number XXXX. I called LexisNexis and they told me there wasnt no number on file, my previous number was XXXX but its not in service anymore. I recently checked XXXX XXXX and they told me my phone number is under my name according to they data. XXXX claimed to be able to Verify with XXXX XXXX but not my number which is COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I AM CARLESS and now I Have to pay off a AUTO LOAN EVERY MONTH WHEN I DONT EVEN HAVE THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Never receive the funds. I EVEN CALLED XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told me the check had been cashed with XXXX and it had been verified but its XXXX end who is not releasing & holding the funds
