Consumer Complaint: I received a notification from Chase that they are closing my 3 credit cards that I have and they service. I have never been late and my credit is flawless. I was informed that was being closed because of prior account being closed! That was over 10 years ago and now they want to close after all that time! Very inconvenient as I use the cards and the partners that they represent. It is hard to understand why now?? Why ever?? I am a good customer and pay my bills on time! This will also hurt my credit which is unacceptable to me! I am asking for your help in this situation. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX unauthorized purchases were made from my card. XXXX from XXXX, XXXX from XXXX, and XXXX from XXXX. My card was stolen on XXXX, XXXX. I suspect it fell out of my wallet. Chase credit card did NOT send me an alert of XXXX fraudulent charges ( XXXX, more than XXXX ) ) and XXXX ( more than XXXX dollars ) ), only XXXX of them ( XXXX, more than XXXX dollars ). Based on my research, all three of the locations where someone stole my card were within the same area of each other, an hour away from where I live. I called Chase right when I got an alert for XXXX of the fraudulent charges to let them know that my card was stolen and I did NOT authorize the XXXX charges made at XXXX, XXXX, and Marshalls. I was assured that those charges will be taken out and a new card would be sent to me. Chase SHOULD HAVE SENT ME AN ALERT OF ALL THE CHARGES THAT WERE MADE. Why did they only send XXXX? I had to go on my statement to see there is a XXXX charge pending, and a XXXX charge pending, charges that I DID NOT MAKE. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got an email from Chase saying that I am liable for these charges as " I benefited from them ''. I did NOT make these XXXX fraudulent charges. I was at XXXX when these chargers were made. I called Chase XX/XX/XXXX right away to report my card as stolen. I should NOT be responsible for these charges as I did the required steps to mark my card was stolen. It is NOT fair for me to pay almost XXXX to charges THAT WERE MADE AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOME WITH MY STOLEN CARD. Chase is causing me an immense amount of XXXX. I called XXXX, XXXX, The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Department, XXXX XXXX Police Department and Marshals to see what can be done. I have also filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX Police Department. I have had a XXXX. Instead of resting, I am wasting my time trying to find the person that stole my card and potentially stole my identity. This is absolutely ridiculous. Chase should believe customers when they tell them that their card was STOLEN and close the card right away. ALL XXXX TRANSACTIONS were made within the same premises. It makes absolutely no sense that I would be liable for these IF I DID NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE. I CALLED RIGHT AWAY WHEN I HAD THE FRAUDULANT CHARGE. I also told the rep that ALL XXXX LOCATIONS WERE IN THE SAME AREA ( A SHOPPING MALL ). I have been calling Chase for 4 days and nothing is getting done. I have deep XXXX and I just want my money back. This is a mistake on the representatives part and I have to clean up the mess. The representative on the phone told me today that the card was in my possession. HOW CAN A CARD BE IN MY POSSESSION IF I REPORTED IT STOLEN? I ordered a new card right away as I fear my identity has been stolen. The fraud dept needs to do a better job at looking at the map on where the theft occurred. ALL XXXX LOCATIONS WERE MILES OF EACH-OTHER. The thief made XXXX large purchases. Only XXXX purchase was marked as fraud that occurred an hour away from where I live. I specifically told the customer service rep that ALL XXXX ARE IN THE SAME AREA, THEY TOOK MY CARD AND MADE XXXX PURCHASES in the SAME SHOPPING AREA CALLED XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. OBVIOUSLY ALL THE PURCHASES ARE MADE BY THEM. Why would I only mark XXXX purchase as fraud if it was in the same LOCATION? I specifically called chase and told them to cancel the card as someone stole it. I should not be liable for these fraud purchases. They are not giving me an answer and this is very bad customer service on their part. I have attached my cell phone call log on where I called on XX/XX/XXXX to report my card stolen, right when I got an alert for a charge from XXXX, which I said that I did not make the purchase. Chase did NOT sent me an alert for the XXXX charged that were made in the same area of XXXX Georgia in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I specifically told the rep ALL XXXX CHARGES ARE FRAUDULANT. I also included a POLICE REPORT number. I should have been notified of all XXXX of these charged that were made without my consent. Chase did a poor job.

Consumer Complaint: On the XX/XX/XXXX, I was restricted access to my bank. I contacted chase immediately and they had mentioned my account was under review. Coming from someone who has absolutely never broken the law and never would, I was completely shocked when they told me this. I decided to wait for them to contact me and tell me I had access again, but I received no call. I asked for more information on what was happening and they said they cant tell me and I had no rights apart from waiting for a call from an XXXX number. Its been a month now and they are still holding my money. This has caused my credit score to drop drastically as I didnt pay my credit card on time, and has put me in a really difficult place financially.

Consumer Complaint: This past summer I was scammed out of {$14000.00} that was part of a larger ongoing scheme that defrauded me in the past. The people who did this were under indictment in NJ and were out on bail, traveled to Florida and started up their fraudulent schemes. They had a lot of my information so it seemed legitimate. When I got in touch with Chase, the bank that the fraudster deposited my funds into, they refused to actually deal with it. The fraudsters had multiple accounts at Chase and were laundering money through them as they did in NJ. Chase did nothing to stop this, and allowed the deposits with an account number or a signature, making it impossible to track down the fraudsters. The story is briefly outlined below. Chase should have known that this organization was under indictment, and protected me as well as worked with the bank that the money was transferred from to help them track down the fraudsters.

Consumer Complaint: We were vacationing in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. While purchasing gas at a gas station we attempted to use our Chase credit card to pay. The gas attendant used a wireless credit card reader to charge our card. She stated it " did not go through '' and called over another attendant with a second card reader who attempted to charge our card. They stated neither charge went through. We had to pay {$60.00} USD cash for the gas. We researched the gas station online ( via XXXX maps ) and found this fraud scam is very common at this particular gas station. Later that day when we arrived back in the XXXX, we checked our Chase account and saw two charges, one for {$59.00} for gas and one for {$1500.00} at a " sportsbar ''. We immediately contacted Chase to disputed the charges and report our card as compromised. Chase stated they would investigate the charges as fraud. The charges were removed from our account. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a message from Chase to return a call about an inquiry on our account. I was told they could not confirm the charge of {$1500.00} was fraud because we used our card before and after the charge. I was also told that because the charge was a " chip '' purchase and that I willingly gave my card to the gas attendant, that we are now responsible for the charge. Chase declined to remove the {$1500.00} charge. Chase did not flag the charge as suspicion even though it was a large purchase, out of country, and well outside of our normal purchase habits. They have also not offered any solution other than having to pay the bill.

Chase bank is leaving me vulnerable to taking a hit on my credit, as I have not made payment out of my pocket due to the check being mailed for full payment. I have made 3 attempts to contact Chase bank today to get answers, I have been transferred and disconnected on each call without speaking to anyone to get any answers! My credit is at stake due to the negligence at Chase bank and disconnecting all of my calls with no help. The OCC will be notified as well. Chase is showing my account currently overdue. Consumer Complaint: 1. I had an issue with XXXX XXXX as my ticket was cancelled within 24 hours and the credit was not given so open a dispute with Chase Credit card. The Chase gave me temporary credit of {$1100.00}. After a few days, the same amount was charged back stating my transaction was valid as per airlines rules. The airlines keeps telling me that we issue a credit check with your bank but chase did not help me resolved this issue. Although, I provided email evidence from XXXX, no help from Chase. I doubt the Chase dispute department ever contacted XXXX XXXX After my repeated attempt with XXXX XXXX, they issue a credit on XX/XX/23 but Chase Rebilled me the same original amount again ( twice one was already rebilled on XXXX ). When I called, they said we need to investigate but no resolution until now. 2. the card also offer a trip cancellation benefits and I provided doctor notes as I had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXut they said you are not eligible because of pre-existing condition. I did not have any pre-existing condition. They are misguiding the customers and not giving benefit as they advertised. I was getting different answers from different customers representatives.
