Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: On or about the XXXXXXXX until XX/XX/XXXX I notified the credit services about some unauthorized transactions on my credit card account which totaled {$5400.00} per my XX/XX/XXXX statement Balance. Eventually all unauthorized transactions charges were removed with the exception of one charge leaving a balance as of {$3800.00} per my XXXXXXXX statement balance. Until this day, Chase Sapphire credit services has not removed nor resolved the particularly unauthorized transaction. By selectively choosing to ignore my inquiries by disconnecting my calls and sending me in circles claiming that this matter is still under review 8 months later is preposterous, and inadvertently causes me to issue payment to protect the integrity of my creditworthiness. This type of business conduct is adversarial and the delay tactics resemble acts of discrimination.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Request for Assistance Regarding Transaction Dispute Dear Chase Bank Claims Department, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a situation that has arisen from a recent transaction involving my account. I believe your assistance is crucial in resolving this matter. On [ XX/XX/2023 ], I made a transaction of {$25.00} to a family member, XXXX XXXX, with the understanding that it was for the purchase of cologne and body washing products. However, upon receiving the items and assessing their quality, I was dissatisfied and decided to return the products when we met in person. During our in-person meeting, XXXX XXXX acknowledged the misunderstanding and promptly agreed to provide a refund. She advised me to contact Chase Bank for the refund process due to misunderstandings and incorrect wording during the initial transaction. I kindly request your guidance and assistance in facilitating the refund process for this transaction. The nature of the misunderstanding and the prompt acknowledgment by XXXX XXXX of the need for a refund lead me to believe that a resolution can be achieved with your support. Please let me know the necessary steps and documentation required to initiate the dispute resolution process for this transaction. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have had multiple hard inquiries on my credit from XXXX XXXXXXXX, where I have never done business. I had made an earlier dispute about this same issue but I guess it didnt do anything because XXXX XXXX is still hard inquiring my credit for no reason whatsoever. Also Im now getting multiple false hard inquiries from JPMCB even though I havent had a credit card with them, or applied for any credit ever with them. I just recently last month ( XX/XX/XXXX ) got an Amazon XXXX credit card which is issued by JPMCB so I would expect one hard inquiry but I have one dated back in XXXX and another one from the XXXX of this year, both of which are completely bogus. I have also noticed soft inquires from XXXX XXXX, EVEN THOUGH I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I dont understand how theyre still able to hard inquire my credit after the last dispute I had filed this is ridiculous. I believe someone has to be using my personal information for this to be happening. I have also filed multiple disputes with XXXX for never before seen phone numbers and addresses added to my credit report which is very worrisome for me. I am going to file a police report about this also and see if I might need legal help. I contacted XXXX yesterday and put a fraud alert on my credit and removed the fraudulent credit inquiries. I want to make sure its removed with all three of the credit bureaus, and that this doesnt keep happening. I am attaching a photo my my XXXX dispute results which shows the multiple hard inquiries and personal phone number that I had never seen or authorized.

Consumer Complaint: Chase put an extended hold on a check deposited to a Trust Account. I called, they verified with the bank where the funds came from. They verified that is is cleared from their end. Funds were available, Chase still places an extended hold on the account and at the same time locked my personal account connected to the account since I am the signed on both accounts. Subsequently Chase decided to close both the Trust account and my personal account, even though the funds cleared and verified. I received only refund check for my personal account. Have been calling to locate the missing funds from the Trust account which had a substantial amount of money. It has been a week without answers.
