Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, I received a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I paid off this loan in XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, I received a lien release letter. My account number is/was XXXX. Name : XXXX XXXX To date, I have not received my car title. I have called XXXX finance now at least four times. Each time I call, Im told it will be resolved by a certain target date, but when I call back on that target date, it is not resolved. I believe I called on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I am certain I also called on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and XXXX ET. I dont have the names of all people I spoke with but I did speak with XXXX supervisor, XXXX XXXX XXXX I also called the XXXX Collector in Florida, who confirmed there is still a registered XXXX on my car, and that I can not get it released by just sending my XXXX release letter. The XXXX Collector told me Chase must send XXXX release information and has not sent them the information needed as of early XX/XX/XXXX. I purchased my car in Florida. I am XXXX XXXX military so I am now stationed in Virginia, but my home of record is still Florida. I am still a resident of Florida. I know Chase has my correct contact information because I received my XX/XX/XXXX XXXX release letter to my correct address in Virginia. Please provide FL with the information needed to release the XXXX on my vehicle and mail my title to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Statement of Facts Chase : claim for return of funds XXXX dollars stolen by wire fraud. Incident information : In late XX/XX/2023, I lost my wallet containing my drivers license and ATM card. I called to make a lost report and to request a new card. Around XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by an individual saying they had found my wallet and they were willing to return it to me. I never got my wallet back. On XX/XX/2023, I was alerted to a wire transfer in the amount of XXXX dollars had been initiated. Someone calling under the guise of Chase fraud called me. Once I saw the transactions online I called to report it. I called and reported to chase fraud that I had not initiated this request and the person ( XXXX XXXX ) was not known to me. I also, filed a police report providing them with screen prints of the message I received from XXXX of the person claiming to have my wallet along with screen prints of the wire transactions that had been initiated and completed. I dont know how XXXX XXXX gained access to my account. Chase security should have prevented this. I have provided a claim report and supporting documents to chase on XX/XX/2023 have been in constant contact with Chase bank fraud/claims department since XXXX and yet I still have not gained any resolution to my request for a refund of the money.

Upon calling the customer care, I was informed that my account has been deactivated and I can't access the account. I asked the customer care to confirm the reason for deactivation, and they could not provide any reason. Per customer care, my account has been in good standing but they don't know why my account was deactivated. I then asked them to close my account but customer care denied closure of account.

Consumer Complaint: Someone created fraudulent checks under my name for various amounts totaling {$12000.00}. They submitted these checks at Chase Bank and XXXX Bank in XXXX, NY starting from XX/XX/2023. They also tried to make a wire transfer from Chase to XXXX Bank ( a fake account they opened under my name ) for $ XXXX. This was declined. However they went to a Chase Branch and was able to hijack my account. Change my email and phone number. My accounts were already frozen and Chase made matters worst by giving this person my personal banking account. Now they can see everything in my accounts. I received no alerts from Chase except for a XXXX payment to an unrecognized name. On XX/XX/2023 they made a {$3000.00} withdrawal and wrote another fraudulent check for {$4800.00}. On XX/XX/2023 they were still able to make withdrawal of {$3500.00} and I received NO ALERTS again. Even though my account specifically says no checks to be made. No withdrawals unless at the branch I specify. As a Chase client for almost 20 years, I am appalled that someone who speaks no English can impersonate me. My credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX. I had to cancel all my cards including debit card because they allowed this person to have access to my account.
