Consumer Complaint: Hi, I get a messege in my cell phone saying that I had a court summons for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a Chase Credit card anmd that the amount I own is {$15000.00} dollars and they said that sent a offer in XX/XX/2023 for {$5900.00} dollars but I told her never received that information. she speaking fast and she offer 125 payments for {$100.00} but if I want to pay now with a credit card I just pay {$3600.00} is the 30 %. But I told her accepted {$2800.00} and said wait a moment and come back soon and said I offer {$2000.00} dollars but with the fee is {$2400.00} dollars. she knew my Social Security number and my Personal Information. And for the payment she asked for a credit card to pay. And was a Unknom Messege. Thanks

If I open a savings account and put {$15000.00} in the account for 4 months than they will pay me {$400.00}. I went into the bank branch is XXXX Florida showed the flyer to the Finance person. We went over all the information and I signed up for both of these promotions and at the end they gave me nothing. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I paid/spent {$1100.00} worth of Chase XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX book XXXX ( XXXX ) hotel reservations, with guaranteed FREE CANCELLATION. When I attempted to cancel for full refund on XX/XX/2023, the vendor ( XXXX ) refused saying the reservation was " non refundable ''. This is Consumer Fraud as the vendor unilaterally changed the transaction terms AFTER booking. Transaction was predicated on Terms and Conditions that allowed FREE CANCELLATION. On XX/XX/XXXX ( email ) and again on XX/XX/2023 ( hard copy letter ) Chase AFFIRMED there was a " system error '' by them which had caused the change in Terms and Conditions after booking. As corrective action, Chase stated that " We have issued a full refund... we've credited your account ... points available for refund ... ''. All of these statements are FALSE as none of the owed points are in my account. I have called Chase XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/XXXX to inform Chase that the Refund is NOT in my account. I have called their contracted Reward 's vendor ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In total I have spent over XXXX ( XXXX ) hours on the phone with NO corrective action. Refunds still not in account. I am starting a new complaint since Complaint XXXX XXXX is still open and uncorrected. All suppporting documentation is attached

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, I opened a Chase credit card account through their partnership with United Airlines ( mileage plus program ). I did not get the physical card until XXXX because I travel a lot. I received an email on XX/XX/XXXX indicating that a payment was due and on XX/XX/2023 I called to make a payment on the card. Today I received a notification from XXXX stating that Chase closed my account. However, when I called to make the payment on XX/XX/2023, no one indicated to me that my account would be closed. So I called Chase bank this morning and they stated that they could not give me any further details as to why my account was closed even after I made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX and simply that they mailed a letter to me on XX/XX/2023. I feel this is very unfair to me as a consumer because when I made the payment on my account, not a single person indicated to me that my account was in jeopardy of closure. After I made the payment, I was under the impression that my account was in good standing. This will affect me deeply as a consumer because it is now listed on my credit report as closed and may affect my ability to qualify for loans down the line.

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, recently recovered from XXXX XXXX health issue, XXXX XXXX and was susceptible to the hard sale tactics of XXXX representatives in store front of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was there for XXXX XXXX and they sold me {$3300.00} worth of misrepresented facial creams, claiming they are made of baby 's stem cells, better than XXXX surgery with more effective results, they used fake photos, and a lot of outrageous claims. Once I got home and researched the store and their products they are fielding bad reviews everywhere for fraudulent misrepresentation and refusing to accept returns on products after they oversell and make false claims about the ingredients. I took the products back and gave them to XXXX the manager who I photographed receiving all products back and said I would be watching for the credit back and she said ok. I have photos of her and the products. I received a credit on my JP Morgan Chase card for the full amount for months it stood. At the last minute the merchant submitted a false statement that I loved the products, no complaints and I didn't return anything. I called the XXXX XXXX police, XXXX complaint, Attorney General and finally the merchant admitted they have the products but said I opened them and they can't resell so I have to take the products back. The credit card company JP Morgan Chase made a mess of the dispute referring me to the XXXX, then to the so called Executive Office where I thought I was dealing with a legal team. I am a XXXX and they made me write a letter that I am a XXXX representing myself before they claimed it would be forwarded to lawyers. They kicked the can for more months until I received an inaudible phone call from a heavily accented " specialist '' saying I needed to resolve it with the merchant. They completely caused me to rely on them to my detriment where I had a credit for over 3 months then they reversed it on false information. I have over a XXXX credit score and now it will be ruined and the business XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has changed its name to XXXX XXXX and there is no registered agent for service of process of legal documents with Secretary of State and the store refuses to provide me with one. JP Morgan Chase needs to refund my card in the full amount of the dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT and it is a fraudulent scheme evidenced by a slew of similar complaints to mine. The business now calls itself XXXX XXXX and works out of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, LA XXXX email contact XXXX. I had no action until I contacted local police, Attorney General and XXXX for which they received no response and indicated that they had several open cases on the business. You can see the modus operandi outlined in all of the online complaints under XXXX and XXXX reviews, scores of them. All the same, fishy billing practices, lies and no returns allowed. This needs to be stopped and I demand the credit be placed back on my card by JP Morgan Chase who has completely mishandled this from the get go. They misclassified the dispute repeatedly and allowed the merchant to present false information, where they initially claimed I did not return anything. They later communicated with me, not the cc company and provided photos of opened product which is what they did to come up with a new lie as to why, I should not get my money back. They offered to ship the same products I returned to them, to me free of charge. Are they insane? I don't want their rubbish. Its all lies and they. preyed on someone who was older and recovering from XXXX XXXX. Shameful!

Each bank says the other bank has the information and is responsible. I have made three calls to each bank and received no satisfaction. I want to know who has access to my checking account and who gave them that access. It seems to me a simple request and information I should have. Neither bank was cooperative. For me, the amount was considerable, over {$1600.00} I don't want to prevent the same source to begin withdrawals from my account.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a business checking account with Chase and deposited a XXXX checks at ATM in early XXXX. Chase emailed me a few days later saying there will close my account since there were one check not able to be verified. The check amount deposited was {$13000.00}. So I contacted the person who wrote me the check. They told me the check was cleared from their bank and they never received any calls from chase to verify the check. So I called chase and provided the telephone of the person who paid me. Chase told me they are not able to verified the telephone number I provided. They said this number does not show in chase 's system even after I brought the telephone bill and show them to CHASE Branch. They said unless the person who make the check visit CHASE BANK with me at the same to show his ID to verify his identity to CHASE otherwise they will not release the fund to me. And also they will not cancel the check and return the fund to the person who paid me either. BASICALLY, THEY WILL JUST HOLD THE FUND FOREVER and take the amount from me at the end. I contacted the person who paid me. They can not understand this and refused to go to chase bank with me together. From their side, the check was cleared one month ago which means they already paid me. Why would they have the business owner to visit chase bank with me? I visited chase bank 3 times and called them many times. They insists that they will hold and take my {$13000.00} forever unless the business owner of the check maker go to chase bank with me together. Since They payer refused to do so, chase will take my {$13000.00} at the end. They are stealing from me. This is definitely not right.
