Consumer Complaint: Overall, i had 4 accounts compromised. XXXX, XXXX mail ( my email : XXXX ), my credit card on Chase XXXX, and a attempted login on my gmail ( XXXX ) and XXXX fraudulently account made on XXXX. I had 3 large unauthorized / Fraud purchases made on my credit card on XX/XX/XXXX on a compromised XXXX account of mine. I have filed a dispute with Chase XXXX, however, they are telling me that the fraud department will reach out to me, they have called XXXX time and unfortunately missed the call and they have not called me back despite requesting multiple call backs. Additionally, they sent us the justification and compelling evidence on why they are closing the dispute but the reports are not readable. I can not legally confirm anything they have sent because the proper written documentation Chase XXXX has sent over is not legible. I requested for the case to remain open until we can properly investigate, but Chase XXXX has decided to close the case despite not providing proper written documentation. I repeatable told XXXX XXXX Chase ( XXXX ) that they could not legally close this close since they had not provided legible information and requested more copies however he said they are closing the case and they did not find the phone call and information productive. Chase is operating illegally and mismanaging me with my fraud case.

Consumer Complaint: Originally and im not sure what was reported by the company, i was told several reports.. My first issue I was hospitalized for nearly 2 months, the other person on the loan was put in prison because she was the direct cause of my hospitalization and stole my money all of which was documented, so I called and notified the company, you allowed me to enter in a payment plan to catch back up when I was well enough to work. I was under the impression that wouldn't impact my credit. Your company also forced me in a forbearance thing during covid I never agreed to and when I noticed my payment didn't withdraw I called to ask why.. I WANTED to make my payment and you wouldn't let me ..so after I disputed that with your company you sold my loan to XXXX who also stated they have no record of me even being in a forbearance plan and all of a sudden I was forced to pay that in entirety! which I was able to do but you reported that to my credit and I want that removed immediately!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I wrote a personal check for {$12000.00} on my Chase bank account to " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' for accounting services. I mailed the check at a USPS branch. The check was stolen from the mail and did not reach XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I checked my bank statement and it showed that the check was altered with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX being erased and a XXXX XXXX written in. The alteration is plainly visible as the writing does not match the rest of the check. The check was fraudulently cashed at a XXXX XXXX XXXX branch subsequently. I made a claim with Chase bank to recover the funds and they in turn put a claim in to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have made countless inquiries to Chase Bank with no luck. Chase bank says that XXXX XXXX XXXX will not respond to this claim. Now it seems that Chase has given up on this claim. XXXX XXXX XXXX should have made an enquiry on the authenticity of this forged check and contacted Chase or myself to determine it authenticity. They were negligent in not doing so and need to reimburse me for the lost funds. I filed a police report ( enclosed ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have verified in a letter that they did not receive the funds. ( enclosed ) Letters from Chase bank ( enclosed ) I looks like chase bank have given up on me. I tried contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX but without a file number I can get nowhere. After receiving a payment, Chase bank, then froze the funds and close the app and refused to tell me where the funds is located. After speaking to several representative, they all told me that they cant not give me any information with regards to where my money is located when they will be released, but that it can take up to 120 days. I am livid as we are a small family owned and operated business, with XXXX children. Give me my money. I will file suite against this crooked XXXX establishment for damages for stress, and unfair business practices.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I did an immediate cash deposit from my XXXX XXXX to my chase check account for {$17000.00}. I paid for this transfer so there would be no waiting. I then verified it came through. On the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I went and used {$15000.00} of the funds to put a down payment on a vehicle at a dealership. I first wrote a check for {$15000.00}. But it got rejected. I then called chase with the dealership to verify I had {$15000.00} in the account which I did. I used my debit card and paid {$2500.00}. Then wrote a check for {$12000.00}. I then left for work in Wyoming. On the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX my entire checking account was gone. It didnt exist. All my money was gone. The bank was closed for the holiday so I couldnt speak to anyone. On the XXXX I called the first person I talked to said XXXX XXXX denied the transfer and the account was closed. I called XXXX XXXX. They said they accepted the transfer from XXXX XXXX and Chase has the money. Then I called chase again now some of the money was there and the account was back. Then the next day the account was in the negative by almost {$4000.00}. I called the bank they told me not to worry about it they were working on my account and would let me know what was going on in the next XXXX. The next Dayi called back they said they sent the entire {$17000.00} back to XXXX XXXX and chase app should have it available in 5-10 business days. All of my accounts were now messed up and negative because of money I transferred into them supposedly sending it all back to XXXX XXXX. I kept checking my XXXX XXXX and chase account. During this time I now had all accounts negative and had to pawn my things to have money to live on. The check for the dealership bounced. They called me and said its a felony to write a check over {$5000.00} and that I had their truck and could be facing felony auto theft. With all of this I lost my job needing to leave Wyoming to get it handled as well as the truck back to Colorado. I called XXXX XXXX they said they never got money back and launched an investigation. They informed me to go to chase. I did and the manager there was lost in the mess my accounts were in. When I left things werent fixed but some of the money was in my account. I had the manager on phone with his supervisor trying to figure out what was going on and where my obey had gone to. They kept claiming it went to XXXX XXXX and came back. After leaving my accounts were still a mess. Payments that should have went through were denied causing XXXX XXXX who I financed my car with to now deny me. And my interest rate for the vehicle to go up to 21 % with the approved bank. I then called the card as I was told by the manager and found my card has been closed since the XXXX. I never closed it. Its a huge financial, legal and as well as losing my job because of all of this. I spent another 2 hours on phone with Chase trying to get things fixed and figure out where my money was. One said they had it now the whole time. All of my calls should be on recording to verify all of this. I want Chase to be held financially responsible in fixing things as well as my losses due to their mistakes.
