Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, a purchase for XXXX XXXX via my Chase Amazon Prime Card was placed. The value of this transaction was {$240.00} via Amazon.com. When I received the product it was already opened and not what I ordered. I returned the product to Amazon, but they would not return my money. I opened a dispute with Chase and they worked with Amazon and came to a conclusion that the " product was not the same. '' I was not able to reopen the dispute. I had no other option to since my credit card company would not support my case.

Consumer Complaint: Chase advertise on their website some " Chase offers '', to " Add deals to your card, shop and get cash back. It's that easy. '' I added one of these offers to my Chase Credit Card : 20 % off when buying directly from XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX ( see attachment ). I bought a {$100.00} XXXX XXXX directly from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, 2 days before the expiration date for the offer ( see attachement ). XXXX posted the charge on my account when they shipped the product on XX/XX/XXXX ( see attachment ) and I never received the 20 % credit as advertised by Chase. I called the credit card customer service XXXX number on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was told that they did not have access to expired offer and that I would have to contact Chase directly by secure message on Chase.com. I sent a message on XX/XX/XXXX, and was told I had to call the customer service number on the back of the card! I called again on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was promised that my case would be escalated and I would hear back from Chase within 2 weeks. Chase never got back to me.

Consumer Complaint: I received an email on XX/XX/24 from Chase stating that I need to call in to avoid my account being closed. I called in and they notified me the decision was made to terminate the relationship and I would get a cashier 's check in 10 days. They were going to hold my money until then. When I asked for the reason, I was not given any. I had to go into the branch twice and call until I finally got someone who approved for me to receive my money. Each time I got the same answer, terminating the relationship and no reason to why. I had to scramble to get a new account somewhere else. The worst experience at Chase and I have been a customer for over 20 years.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX I contacted Chase to dispute six charges from " FUNDED ACCOUNT, '' totaling {$940.00}, and one from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX amounting to {$6000.00}. I contested these charges because these companies provided misleading and false information, failing to uphold their promises. Upon my initial contact, I provided all requested information, including additional details sent on XXXX ( attached ). Chase processed the dispute and refunded only two of the charges, refusing to take similar action for the remaining five charges. Their response stated that although my dispute was valid, it was submitted too late for them to intervene. In a detailed letter sent on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I reiterated the specifics of the situation and raised a critical question : why were the two charges processed in a timely manner for dispute, while the other five were deemed too late? Notably, all these transactions occurred within the same two-day period. Despite my persistent efforts to seek clarification and a refund for those charges, there has been no communication from Chase up to the present date.

The inquiry on my consumer report, and the denial of credit is on the record. Its also one of the many abusive acts, discrimination, and one of the many violations towards me as the consumer per ( FCRA ) 15 USC 1692 mentioned as well in Congressional Findings. Bringing notice to your SEC filings, we are complying with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Knowing that my signature was on that electronic agreement on the application gave it value as if I were to sign on paper as well as the Beneficiary according to ( ECPA ). Therefore, the application covered the finance charge for it was collateral. I trust that all damages will be insured, and these violations will go under review for I've been denied by policy terms and not granted my Federal Protected Right as the Consumer. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX my paycheck was direct deposited. Also a XXXX cash advance.I went check my balance online and my accounts was negative and my XXXX deposits were gone. I immediately went to the bank and was told my account was froze and I hade no access to my money. I went to branch specialist XXXX XXXX and they would not tell her anything, just account was closed.I was told by someone XXXX contacted, my money would be available XXXX. I told them all banks were closed, the woman on the phone said try and find one open. The next day XXXX XXXX, my account showed my money available, upon going to the bank told the same thing my money was froze. I had no food XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX at home no money, and no access to any money. Thankfully the Vice President of the bank was there and got my money released. The employees were very helpful. I still have no idea why my account was closed and funds not available. Chase bank has allowed my account to be hacked twice and I have fraud protection. The bank calls if I buy a piece of art at an art fair ( because painter is out of state ). But they allowed someone to go into my account and reverse over XXXX dollars and never called or text me. The hackers reversed rent from 3 and 4 months prior, I was living in complex and had been paying rent. Who would reverse payments from months ago and car insurance and car payments. I was not protected and now on dark web and cant seem to find out why account was closed. My account was hacked a second time after more security on account. I want answers, I was almost evicted, went into XXXX XXXXXXXX, missed work. Any help you can give me is appreciated XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have a hard inquiry on my credit report from JPMCB. I never applied for a credit card with this company. Additionally, I have no paperwork from this company and have no idea what information they have for me as a potential customer. I understand that they should have sent me information on any account for me that they might have. I have nothing to reference for the complaint. I see online that Chase is associated with this company. I did have a similar issue with Chase and they were to look over my whole file and reverse any damage that was done to my credit report. I am sending them a letter today regarding this issue. It's attached below. I want the hard inquiry removed and my credit score to reflect the change immediately.
