Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute with Chase Bank regarding a money transfer company called XXXX I used. I filed a complain here against XXXX which is saying that they have refunded the money to Chase through the dispute process. This is the complain number of that previous complaint. XXXX. I been dealing with this situation since XXXX XXXX. Chase bank is saying the dispute was lost. XXXX is saying the dispute was won they acknowledged my failure of reciept of payment. They said this was done through visa. I have copies of receipt of everything. This transaction was for {$500.00} dollar I just want my money back.

Consumer Complaint: Deposited a check on the XXXX of XXXX. The same person paid me the exact same way the month before and I had to go through XXXX with chase for them to finally clear the check. The same thing is happening again. I'm now late on rent and being negatively impacted and can't get a reason why I'm going through the same thing again. Chase is breaking the law and they don't care. I've asked numerous times the law stating why they are doing what they are doing and there response is because they can. It's crazy that a financial institution can break laws and do as they please with no reason or logic.

Consumer Complaint: I was refunded a charge on my Chase credit card from a lawyer in the amount of {$4400.00} on XX/XX/XXXX so I called Chase to make sure it was put back into my account I didnt make dispute complaint in the meantime I paid off previous balance of {$3000.00} plus on Chase account so when my new statement came out on XX/XX/XXXX it I had a {$4300.00} on my account. I called Chase about the money on my account and they told me it was an overpayment on my account and balance was XXXX so I had the {$4300.00} put into my checking account also I spent half the money. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I looked at my Chase credit card account and it had a balance of {$4400.00} the amount the lawyer refunded Chase made the mistake and duped me into taking the money and putting in my checking account. I called Chase several times on XX/XX/XXXX to avail I canceled my card and still owe them XXXX I believe I should not have to pay the money because Chase committed XXXX against me I am XXXX years old on XXXX and XXXX XXXX anything you could do to help me in this matter would be greatly appreciated! Consumer Complaint: I am writing to request the immediate removal of the late payment entry from my credit report as the above company violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( 1 ) states the consumer report does not include the report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report, U.S.C 1666 ( B ) If an open end consumer credit plan provides a time period within which an obligor may repay any portion of the credit extended without incurring an additional finance charge, such additional finance charge may not be imposed with respect to such portion of the credit extended for the billing cycle of which such period is a part, unless a statement which includes the amount upon which the finance charge for the period is based was mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the date specified in the statement by which payment must be made in order to avoid imposition of that finance charge. states a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any reason and U.S.C 6802 ( B ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information is not disclosed to such third party.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am XXXX years old and CHASE CREDIT CARD BANK has been, creating me, problems in regards a credit card I had with them Everything was fine on my end! The monthly payments have been made steadly, Never late, always paid more the minimum balace! I made sure, by authorized automatic payments, XXXX day coming from nowhere, I tried to use the card and wouldn't work, I try to get into my account thru the card app, and for my surprise was blocked for suspicious activities, I call the bank I they made me go thru an huge extensive identidy check, I staying on the phone for well over an hour with many moments o f complete silence, like a little children 's game! They just left me there sitting and waiting for their disgrace!! They ask me detail questions of my addresses over 35 years a go, that many computers XXXX would not have an answer! They never send an email or called me or anything! The only thing they is to pull money out of my account with XXXX automatic charges on my Bank account to callect my money without me be able to confirm payments or details of payments! They simple charge me anything they fell like it! Without any reference for my payments! That is taking a huge toll on me, since I am very conscious person about my credit health, which they have hurt deeply lowering my score from XXXX to XXXX with no respect for my age or situation! What their doing it's an Psicologic and Financial abuse against an elderly person! It's just not fare and should be severely punished by the law!
