Consumer Complaint: I was scammed on XX/XX/2023 with a previous credit card at Chase Bank in the amount of {$5000.00}. I have been scammed once more with a new credit card at Chase Bank in the amount of {$5000.00}. I closed the credit card on XX/XX/2023 with the Chase Card Compliance department and the card was re-opended on the same day and I was charged again in the amount of {$5000.00}. This was another fraudulent activity on my Chase card. I called several times to get the Fraud investigated on XX/XX/2023. I plan on calling the Chase Card Compliance dept. once again on XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. As you know I am a current XXXX Bank SCAM/FRAUD victim in the amount of {$700000.00} that was stolen from me. These same perpetrators that stole from me at XXXX Bank have also gotten my Chase credit card account and are stealing from me once again. I asked Chase Bank to close my credit card so that additional monies can not be stolen from my credit card. This has to be resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I ordered an item totaling {$3200.00} from The XXXXXXXX XXXX website with my credit card through XXXX. The item, never arrived to me despite it being scheduled to arrive on XX/XX/2023. After unsuccessful calls with The XXXXXXXX XXXX customer service, I opened a credit card dispute with my card issuer directly on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/XXXX, the customer service team at The XXXX advised that in order for them to give me the refund, I would have to close the dispute with my card issuer. I obliged and closed the dispute. The seller, sent me proof that the refund was issued but was not coming through to me through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The seller then dropped the case, claiming they sent the refund, and that I was responsible for coordinating with my card issuer and XXXX to get my refund as the funds are now locked between the card issuer and XXXX, and not anymore with the seller. XXXX advised that it may take up to 75 days for them to decide on the case, and asked me in the meantime to re-open my dispute with my card issuer. I successfully re-opened the dispute with Chase on XX/XX/2023. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I was notified by XXXX that the dispute was closed in favor of the seller. My card issuer, also notified me on XX/XX/2023, that the re-dispute I opened on XX/XX/XXXX, was also closed in favor of the seller. I am left with not resolution, and no refund to my card. I want to add that Chase, has provided me with unclear directions on how to re-open the dispute, and where the funds are on multiple occasions, which delayed my ability to attempt to find a resolution to this case. They also falsely claimed that I would get my refund, when it never arrived to me, then backtracking and claiming the refund never actually arrived to them. On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase is claiming that they sent me a letter to update me on the re-dispute via a paper letter in the mail, but I have not received that. I believe they are unsure of what they mean and are not clear with the result of this re-dispute. I also want to add that several XXXX representatives have done the same, claiming that cases were closed when they were not, or that funds will be issued to me, when they were not. The XXXX, also did not provide adequate service, as they kept claiming they issued the refund, but XXXX claims the refund was never submitted. There is a clear lack of communication between the customer service representatives from all three parties, which led to a lot of back and forth with them, and over 25 phone calls and several emails with these parties. As of today, I do not have my refund and I am confused as to where my money is. I simply would like my refund as it has been 2 months, with no resolution to this issue.

Consumer Complaint: I am stressed and displeased that I see so many fraudulent accounts on my credit report. This is really damaging my credit worthiness. I am trying to buy a home for me and my family and this is not fair. i have tried several times to get these accounts removed. Let alone, my information was in an XXXX & XXXX data breach some months ago so I thought you all would protect my consumer report. I do not feel that my information is being protected. This is a defamation of my character, and this is a federal law violation. According to, 15 U.S.C. & 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ) my consumer report fairness and privacy has been violated. I am upset!! I am depending on the banking system and credit reporting agencies to promote my privacy and fairness and they have not. This is not right and goes against my federal consumer rights. This is causing emotional and mental stress as of now. Also, it is illegal these companies should NOT be furnishers of people 's information to 3rd party companies, so this is illegal, neglect and fraud. I have already reported this to the local police department and Federal Trade Commission. These companies and the credit bureaus can get sued for these damages. This is negatively affecting my livelihood and putting me in a bad space. I feel your database is inaccurate and I am filing litigation against this if these items are not removed, immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Chase marriot bonvoy card have been advised immediately, regarding scam made and charged to my credit card in the amount of {$200.00}. We need to register with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and provide proof of registration. We submitted thru internet all informations required. At the end, we did not get the required proof, however my credit card was charged {$200.00} ( {$100.00} each my wife and I ). This happened last XX/XX/2022. After so many exchanges of communications, the company said their investigation found the billing to be valid. I disagree with their investigation for the following reason : We can't contact the vendor, no contact info. The transaction was done thru internet. Invalid charged because the product purchased was not delivered. The invalid charge was reported immediately to Chase. In view thereof, I canceled the card and did not pay the balance of {$200.00}. As a result, my credit rating was reduced from XXXX to XXXX as of this month. Please help. I can't support scammers. Thank you XXXX

Consumer Complaint: To : CFPB I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding an ATM fraud claim that I recently submitted to Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/23, I reported a fraudulent transaction that occurred at the Chase ATM located in close proximity to the branch. Someone fraudulently took out {$4000.00} from my checking account. Despite my prompt reporting, I was informed that my claim was denied due to the proximity of the ATM to the branch. However, I would like to highlight that the investigation conducted by Chase did not include a review of the video footage, which I believe is crucial evidence in determining the validity of my claim. I also have video footage of my wife through our doorbell camera as these transactions were happening. ( My wife had her card with her at all times and did not loose it ) Chase insist that the pin and chip was used so it was denied. I understand the importance of thorough investigations to ensure the accuracy of claims, and I am deeply concerned that my case was not given the appropriate attention it deserves. Fraudulent activities can be distressing for any customer, and as a loyal account holder with Chase, I am reaching out to request your assistance in reevaluating my claim and conducting a comprehensive investigation, including a review of the surveillance footage. Consumer Complaint: I was purchasing a puppy which was {$900.00}. I sent the money to the person I was making a purchase. within 8 hours I did not receive further communication. I called XXXX and told them I thought I was scammed and fraud happened. Then they come back and say they can not get my money back from Chase Bank which houses the fraud account used to steal hundreds of thousands. It seems like these banks are promoting theft and fraud and they do not do anything about it as a consumer, this is not fair. You think your money in a bank is protected but I can see they are not. Chase Bank is allowing scam artist to house their money. When other backs try to get their stole money from these scam accounts, they reject them. Chase Bank needs to be investigated by the government if this is their practice. It's a fake website to act like people can purchase puppies then they steal people 's monies and send it to their Chase Banking account. It's like Chase is promoting these thieves and I want my money back. XXXX disputed it twice and chase still has not released my {$900.00} from the scam account.
