Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I received from my Bank credit report ( XXXX XXXX ) that there was a hard impact on my credit because I applied for a Credit Card at Chase. I received in the middle of the night emails from Chase. The first email thanking me for applying for a credit card, a second email letting me know that my Chase online contact was changed, a third email welcoming to credit journey and a fourth email welcoming to identity monitoring. I have never had a credit card or an account at Chase nor applied at Chase Bank for anything. The same day I reached out to XXXX XXXX to be sure that it was a legitimate email from them, they confirmed it was legitimate and that I should contact Chase. I reached out to Chase Bank and they immediately transferred me to their fraud department and cancel the application. They said they will investigate the situation. Once they have an answer they will send me a letter with the results. Chase also told me that they will reach out to all three credit bureaus so my credit score will not be impacted.

To date, we have not received the recalled funds of {$190000.00} or any documents or paperwork stating the fraud that occurred to our business account. I did not apply for a card with Chase, I did not consent to my information being available for someone else to be doing so on my behalf or impersonating myself. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/23 I tried to renew the CD but I found out they lied from fixed CD rate 3 % to 2 %. 1 year ago, I opened a fixed CD for 3 % at Chase Bank in XXXX XXXX, they insisted me to open an account, credit card- changing people, move me everywhere to distract/ confuse me for 2 hours. I trusted Chase, top 3 banks in our USA, and believe they gave me everything. ( 60-70 pages ) But when I took out the whole package, the CD paper was not there. On the online banking, it shows 3.68 % on my fixed CD account, but the bank manager told me its current rate. If its 2 %, I dont need to move money out of Wells Fargo ! The whole bank lies to me and rubs me {$2200.00}! Please help me and give me the Justice! I believe they do this to A LOT OF PEOPLE! Please help us/ me and my family! Consumer Complaint: I tried reporting my credit card as stolen in the year of XXXX because of unauthorized charges that were located in my account. Also disputed with XXXX and nothing was resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I noticed that there was a fee of XXXX and there was no purchase made by me at the time, I paid it off on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX there was an unrecognized charge on my account and I was charged a {$40.00} late fee in XXXX and XXXX. Then in XXXX of XXXX is when I noticed my card was lost and that made me realize that those were unauthorized charges located on my account. I dont remember the exact date or month but I did attempt to report my card as stolen on the Chase app but nothing happened and I also disputed with XXXX and nothing happened as well and I was steady getting charged late fees until my account was closed. Consumer Complaint: Multiple times in the last few months someone has tried to open credit cards in my name at different credit companies. This includes Chase, XXXX XXXX, and a company called XXXX. I have my credit reports locked and have multiple fraud alerts set up so I usually call the co.pany to inform them of the fraud. But there needs to be a better system. There should be a way to set up a block so someone will be immediately rejected from opening a card in my name. And the credit card companies shouldn't be asking me for more personal data when I call to report the fraud. My information was stolen from XXXX of these supposedly responsible companies to begin with and I don't trust giving them any more of my data! And yet they all insist on asking for my social security information!! And these companies won't give me any information on who may have opened the application, how or from where!! I do know that whoever has this information is located in the XXXX XXXX because they keep trying to break into my email from that country when this occurs. I can track that attempted access.
