Consumer Complaint: Today, XX/XX/23 I spent 2 hours on the phone with Chase rewards to try and change my XXXX tickets from XXXX to XXXX from XXXX to XXXX. I was escalated to two different customer service people, neither could help. In the first case, the representative said they found the dates that needed and could change the ticket and then said 10 minutes later that the flight was full. The second person told me that I could not change the tickets to the requested dates, nor could she tell me dates that would be possible, nor could she give me credit. When I asked to speak with someone who could help me the phone went mysteriously silent even thought I had, had no problem for the two hours of waiting before. The customer service rep called me back and told me I could call the original number again. I'm concerned I'll be starting from the beginning.

I successfully dropped off the item but XXXX XXXX has yet to send me a refund for the item almost 2 months later. I contacted JP Morgan Chase and they denied my claim twice despite providing details that I not only returned the item but XXXX XXXX even sent me a confirmation email confirming they would refund me but they never did. Consumer Complaint: During XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2023, I received rent from my roommate. The rent comes in form of zelle payments, XXXX payments total. Those payments were suspected by chase to be fraudulent. XXXX suspended my account on XX/XX/XXXX. I lost all access to my checking and credit card account. I spoke with over the phone and in branch chase employee on XX/XX/XXXX. They assured me account is closed but fund will be sent via check after XXXX 's investigation. I waited patiently till XX/XX/XXXX to call chase again. Over the phone I was told the account is closed for good and check will be mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX. I waited patiently till XX/XX/XXXX to call chase. I was told this time the check won't be sent out as XXXX of the zelle payment is determined to be fraudulent. I feel frustrated and being lied to about the timeline. I feel taken advantage of by chase holding all my funds while claiming to investigate XXXX payment.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we were notified by a vendor that they never received payment for services. In looking at the canceled check ( dated XX/XX/2023, deposited XXXX ), she indicated that this was not her signature. I contacted Chase Bank and asked what to do for a claim. The claims department said that they would send a claim form ( which they didn't ). So I went to the branch on XX/XX/XXXX and got the forms then. Our Vendor is in a different state- so I scanned and emailed the forms that she needed to sign. She did receive and sign them- but didn't have a scanner, so she took photos of the forms. When I submitted these forms to claims at Chase - I had the branch fax them. Because this was both a forged endorsement and an improper endorsement - I checked both boxes then we received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Chase saying they needed more information and the claim was closed. I called and was told that we couldn't check both boxes - because it is difficult for the vendor to sign and return Chase Claims told me that I could write her name and put " unable to sign '' on the signature line. Another letter dated XX/XX/XXXX same letter - called claims - unable to sign was not acceptable. So on XX/XX/XXXX, I received another signed and photographed copy of the form which I took to the Chase branch and had them email to claims ( claims said they get it faster that way rather than faxing ). Gave them a week or so to process and then called to see how the claim was doing- Chase said they didn't receive the email from the branch ( even though they knew who sent it ). Again I faxed the claim. Called on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that they had everything and it would take 60 - 90 days to resolve - even though this dates back to XXXX. Received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX saying they needed more information and the claim was closed. Called on XX/XX/XXXX ( when we received the letter ) and was first told the 60-90 days. When I mentioned the letter- they checked, and now they can't read the faxes. The same faxes that they have received since XXXX. This is ridiculous- we needed to pay our vendor ( who is also a Chase customer ) but this run around from complaints is intolerable. I hope you can help.
