I learned today that Chase has been deducting a $ XXXX service fee from my savings account since XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, despite my having both types of accounts. ( see XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to Chase 's customer service representatives who acknowledged that the accounts should have been linked and reversed one of the fees, but not the other XXXX. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that they could only reverse one fee of this type per calendar year. I asked them if there was anyone at Chase who would be able to review this and was told that they did not have a supervisor available and that even a supervisor would be unable to reverse the other improper fees.

Consumer Complaint: This company has still not resolved my issues. I filed a dispute with chase credit card company. No one reached out to me to fix this issue. The XXXX account that was charged to my credit card I did not process or charge to the account. There was another individual who had access to this account XXXX XXXX. I believe she started this account. I do not have login information and I am unable to contact XXXX as there customer service is only handled via email but I do not know anything about the account it was started under XXXX XXXX. I need this request canceled and refunded to me. I refuse to accept this answer as this is a flaw within the chase system. I had requested my account to be closed on XXXX the XXXX XXXX. This was chargee to an account that should have been closed LONG before the webflow charge. I spoke with Chase business accounts representative XXXX XXXX at Chase on XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio. SHE told me all of my accounts were closed on that day. The charge for XXXX was charged under XXXX not myself.

Recently, I requested dispute of {$20.00} fraud transactions made on my JP morgan college checking account and they refused my dispute by stating that this transaction was authorized by me. Here is the detailed information : On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, I noticed that there was fraud transactions of {$20.00} made on my checking account from " XXXX 's XXXX, XXXX, IL '' so i filled a dispute with chase for that transaction since i was with my family on that day in XXXX XXXX area ( specifically at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL ). On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, I got confirmation from chase by stating that they are looking into claim and assigned me the temporary credit of {$20.00} for that transaction. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, I got another letter from chase which is stating that this transaction was authorized by me. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, I called the JP morgan dispute call center where they are saying that this transaction was made/authorized by me with the same XXXX XXXX which was used for my XXXX ride on that day ( which i used for going to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I am filling claim with CFPB for helping me in this situation. I am aware about that this is just XXXX $ claim but i am seeking help to prevent this for any another person.

Consumer Complaint: I bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX, FL. I never agreed to interest or a $ XXXX monthly payment, and I never agreed to financing through Chase Bank. I purchased the car on a XXXX and they switched my signature and all my info over to a loan from Chase Bank, instead of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Financing like they told me they were using at 0 % interest, and put my loan through to Chase Bank without my knowledge or permission that has interest on the loan. I tried to return the car within the 3 day period after buying it when I found out the car company lied to me about the terms and interest and who was going to finance the car for me. XXXX XXXX XXXX and Chase Bank Corporate both received complaints from me via telephone demanding they either comply with what I agreed to or take the car back. They both refused and told me that because my signature was on the paper, they didn't have to do anything. I confronted the salesman and the manager at XXXX XXXX XXXX demanding they fix it or take the car back. They told me the salesman tried to put it through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at 0 % interest like I agreed to, but it wouldn't go through, so he put it through to Chase Bank without my knowledge and it included interest and a higher payment. They said because he used my signature the only thing that mattered was that my signature was on it, so they didn't have to do anything. I told them I don't want to pay interest because of my religious beliefs, XXXX - while I was in the store on Sunday buying the car. They also later told me that since he did the paperwork on XXXX, the computer didn't catch it, so it went through. When I went to the XXXX, they told me that XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted paperwork to them that said I was only LEASING the car and I was leasing it through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and when I " was done making the leasing payments they would give me the title to the car ''. The XXXX employee at the Tax Collector 's Office turned the computer around and showed me where it said XXXX XXXX XXXX Financing. When I confronted the dealership they said they didn't have time to fix the records they submitted for the car.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 my possessions were stolen. My wallet with all my bank cards and phone were stolen. I called chase on XX/XX/XXXX and told them my cards have been stolen so they knew my cards were gone. When I got home from vacation on XX/XX/XXXX I went to get a new phone at XXXX and finally accessed my accounts. Someone had got into my account and did a lot of transactions and chase reversed or denied them for the most part but theres XXXX over {$2000.00} in transactions ( {$300.00}, {$700.00}, {$1000.00} ) that they wont return and Im not sure why. I spoke to the person that denied it and she was very rude about it for some reason and said XXXX you cant get back because its like cash same thing with XXXX XXXX but they refunded the XXXX XXXX transactions they made which doesnt make sense. She said well take it up with them have a nice day and hung up. I proved to them that I didnt have my phone, there was a bunch of other fraud which they returned but wont return my {$2000.00} in XXXX payments which came from my account that I already report as fraud but wont return it. It just makes no sense.
