Consumer Complaint: After the third time trying to fix my mortgage account with Chase I have given up and need your help. I have a mortgage account that I have been paying on for 19 years that is not being shown as an open account. It is current and has been for many years but I get no credit from the credit reporting agencies because it is being reported as closed. My credit scores are being affected greatly because of this situation. It states on my credit reports that the lack of a mortgage account and a installment account is holding down my scores. All I would like Chase to do is report this account accurately to all three bureaus. I opened this account XX/XX/2004 and just made another on time payment.

XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX used Chase Bank as an intermediary to transfer the money to my checking account I have at XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX hasn't received the money to this day. Chase hasn't been able to help me to find out where the wire transfer is. I showed them the remittance details, provided as well the UETR number. I checked the routing number as well as my account number to make sure everything was correct. It is. My only recourse now to have an answer is to file a complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I logged into my CFPB account this morning and saw Chase response to my complaint.I am a victim of a fraud, scam or financial exploitation by Chase.They stated that I cancelled the disputes and they closed my claims but that is not true.They also said that my claim is totaled {$1900.00}, that is also not true.My claim is totaled XXXX but I asked Chase bank to pay {$1900.00} to the merchants not including XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from my checking account. ( Please take note ) After my claim was denied, My paycheck was directly deposited into my account.My wife 's income was also deposited into the joint account.I spoke with Chase Bank for them to deduct {$1900.00} from our wages and pay the merchants.I spoke with the merchants on different occasions and they said that they didn't receive any payment from Chase Bank.I contacted Chase bank customer service representatives and they told me that money were remitted to the merchants.I then spoke with Chase bank fraud department, they told me that Chase bank did not pay the merchants and that the customer service agents were giving me false information.Chase fraud department promised to pay the merchants before a specific date last year XXXX, but they didn't. After I reported Chase Bank to Consumer financial protection bureau, they paid {$490.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$490.00} to XXXX XXXX instead of {$990.00} .Chase bank is supposed to pay XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but they did not.Chase bank is owing a balance of $ XXXX.For this reason, I am asking Consumer financial protection bureau to do something for me.Help me recover the balance of {$910.00} from Chase bank.I have gone through emotional pain and suffering.My credit is severely damaged because of these debts, I am going through alot of problems .Chase bank in their response stated that the funds will go back to Visa for the merchants to collect.Why?. They did not use visa to withdraw the money from my account when they did.I don't know where they kept my money when they said that they paid the merchants, at the end.it was all lies.Mind you, this incident took place last year XXXX.Chase bank is still with my money and have not paid all the merchants.Please, I want them to pay the balance of {$910.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX.

XXXX being number oneXXXX XXXX and XXXX Hard inquiries shown negative. Addresses names, spelled incorrectly. leaving my credit score very poor. Ive reported and disputes. Taking time calling companies trying to clear my report. Spending 5 to 8 hours a day on studying how to correct my score.Paying advocates out of pocket to help my score and which was fraud. Being a consumer has really shown me that the system is rigged and fraud activities on credit scores proven identity theft. Consumer Complaint: Chase denied my claim for a ach reversal for XXXX for XXXX. My XXXX account was hacked and a ach of XXXX was summited. Chase denied my claim because I used XXXX! OF course I use XXXX until it got hacked I didnt authorize the charge to go through at all I summited everything in a timely matter. Chase is not honoring there 0 % liability for fraud. I already gathered more than XXXX people on XXXX having the same issue/ chase denying these claims. I would like to solve this with chase and not make these public. If I cant get my money back I will be taking them to court including all the XXXX people I gathered. And I will be sending these to all news outlet in the XXXX. Im tired of chase doing this to people! And also the employe I was on a call with was extremely rude acused me of XXXX at them. But all I really did was say OMG because I was frustrated with the situation and I said I didnt curse at you but he said I cursed at him and he not dealing with me and rudely hung up on me. Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card provided by Chase Bank. I'm paying regularly via a bank account. In XXXX of XXXX the bank I'm using to pay this card changed my information and gave me a new account number and new routing number. I am able to pay other debts with this new information ( e.g. XXXX XXXX card ) but for some reason Chase Bank will not permit me to create an ACH transaction using my new information. Chase Bank representatives tell me that the account I am trying to use has been " blocked '' in their system. They tell me that a transaction attempting to use this account information was " rejected '' by my bank in XXXX of XXXX ( three years before I had this account ). They tell me that they have the account on records as a Savings account ( it's actually a checking account ) and that this account can not be used for ACH transactions. Chase is telling me that I must receive a form from them, submit the form to my bank, and have my bank request that Chase remove the " block '' on the account. The bank in question is part of the XXXX money transfer system and I have suspicions that Chase is just trying to make it harder for those of us with XXXX accounts as the XXXX service arbitrages traditional international money transfer. For my bank 's part, I've contacted XXXX and they've never heard of such a form, they've confirmed that this account has only been in force since XXXX of XXXX, and they have no record of a transaction being declined to Chase.

Consumer Complaint: Well I recently deposited check for {$5.00}, XXXX no XXXX that I got from my uncle XXXX XXXX who endorsed his XXXX XXXX cashier 's check from his old closed account they sent him from an old car loan he had thru them. to me for a graduation present and for XXXX for me to get a new car he endorsed it to me he signed it over to me in the back of the check I could possible to my bank account with XXXX and they put on hold for 14 days and then after that the 14 days were up they said they hold was lifted and then they closed my checking account I then asked them like why or what you know I had to be done and they said that they need to verify that my uncle made the check to me and that they're going to call him on a number that they had verified through their system but come to find out they're the number that they have in the system is wrong and because of the fact that they were able to call him with the number that's in their system then they were just going to hold the money and close my account and just pretty much just hold my money which is so not right I've been patient with them and but it's not right how they can just take someone's money hold it an account and just because you know what I mean they want to the XXXX XXXX the check that it came from that from my uncle 's Bank pretty much cleared the check so it don't cash there's nothing wrong with it and I just I'm just kind of like disappointed because I just opened it chasing a check cashing account and have savings account with them now and also took it for me and every time I call they just don't care did you say they have to verify it with Uncle I was like well I can't because you guys just have a wrong number for him it's so frustrating but it's been so long I mean it's just been going on since but XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and I just don't understand I mean I mean there are funds were were on hold and they got placed off hold I mean they checked they cash a check as soon as it was cashed you know they just take over it it's just not right and you need to give me my money I'm sick of them so not right and I know there's all kinds of people cuz that's how I found out about this place people are out in the same problem with the stupid thing I mean it is their policy for them to take endorse checks I mean exactly like they don't but then they do if they didn't want to then they shouldn't take the money and cash it and keep it it's it's not right and I want my money and I want it soon and I'm tired of them running around saying all the script they're just making excuses they said they endorsements on there they can't see my signature and it clearly is they're just holding it on and it's making up excuses it's just crazy I mean if my uncle didn't want me to have money you would inside the XXXX check and give me it you mean and then ask if you can if they can get the check back or send it back and I said no not until we verify it I was like dude you guys you guys are just holding the money it's not cool. My checking account was new and I only sent it from Mobile or mobile online usage and now I don't know my account number now but I got it through my debit card that they gave me and then every time I call them now they said I have a savings account open but that's it and I go what happened to my checking account and they said oh I got closed or something for something and blah blah and like it doesn't exist so I don't even know what the account number is cuz they closed it it's crazy though because I had like an overdraft and they sure as heck took the money to cover that and then they just said they're just going to keep it until I don't know until they can verify through a number that they have and I was like where your system 's wrong it's that's an old number and I told them I told you guys want to talk to them they said no but I'm going to leave my debit card number with you guys so when you do get a hold of them they're going to say that the account doesn't exist and that I don't have a checking account but I clearly did and I opened it and I deposited the banking of the bank check I mean the check at the bank they held it for 14 days and what's been way longer that and I just need my money man it's crazy how they can just hold it and it got cash XXXX XXXX 's did send them verified it through them it was sent and we just I mean it's not right for them just to hold it it's it's like robbery so I'm going to leave my checking when my debit card number and when you did get a hold of them they're going to say that I don't have a checking account with him which I don't because they closed it along with that {$5000.00} that they're holding it's it's insane and it's a problem because I looked online and there's so so many people that have to deal with this XXXX. I mean if they didn't it mean if they didn't take endorse checks they should have cashed it you know it's crazy but they do obviously and they cashed it and they're keeping it and then you give me my money I'm so fed up with him it's not a good way to do business they say it's over protection they protection for you guys to keep it doesn't make any sense it cashed it cleared decided signatures there's mine is too they said they can't see the the signature mine and his are both on there and is endorsed to me from him! ust make it up a bunch of XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Chase Bank allowed fraudulent charges with my debit card then took back the money my account was credited when I called to report the theft of my card.My card was stolen out of my car and the person who stole it made a transaction of {$98.00} at a nearby gas station as well as {$140.00} at a smoke shop. I never spend {$98.00} at gas stations My tank doesn't hold more than 10 to 11 gallons, I haven't spent more than {$70.00} at a smoke shop in years. They said that I never said it was stolen despite the fact that I said that several times and the whole reason why I called in the first place. I was on the phone with them well one of the transactions was happening and I we were able to stop the person using my card ( for XXXX at a restaurant ) .i have no authorized users on my account and they claim that it must have been authorized because a pin was used but the pin can be bypassed by pressing enter on any card. Even if somehow someone knew my pin, doesn't mean I authorize the charge and for them to take out of my vehicle while I'm at work. And they said it was because The charges were made around the area I normally make charges, of course they were the card was stolen. When I asked for the recording of the call they said that they were unable to access it which I do not believe. They also cleared all record of my claim and the charges when they first happened. They only showed me receiving the credit for them and then The removal of it. They also refuse to provide details although they said they would a couple of times. They refuse to let me talk to the head of investigation as well. I made a police report as well. At no point did I receive a phone call asking for more information and they never asked for a police report number. The information they gave me was extremely limited and some even inaccurate so I'm not sure how they made a decision and how they call that an investigation. I also don't know why they would still let me bank with them if they think I made a fraudulent claim. To make a fraudulent claim with my bank is illegal and to make a false police report is also illegal so that's a whole lot of trouble to go through and very risky for less than {$300.00}, but like I said I was on the phone with them as it was happening. I called just a few hours after my bag wasstolen out of my car

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, my Chase Bank account was hacked and they made several small transactions. We quickly realized this problem and before we could call Chase, received a text message that appeared legitimate from Chase asking us if we made these transactions. Just a week before, we received a legitimate text message from Chase and confirmed the legitimate transaction and had every reason to believe this text was legitimate. Very unfortunately, this representative turned out to be a scammer and then did a fraudulent wire transfer in the amount of {$8200.00}. Our total loss is over {$8300.00}. I immediately called Chase to report the fraudulent transactions and they said they would try and stop the wire transfer. They failed to accomplish this. In fact, Chase FAILED TO SHUT DOWN ANY OF OUR ACCOUNTS DESPITE OUR IMMEDIATE ADVISEMENT OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. MY HUSBAND XXXX HAD TO TELL THEM TO SHUT THE ACCOUNT DOWN! By then we only had {$330.00} left in our account as it was nearly completely wiped out. For 3 days, we tried to contact Chase corporate to find out when our account would be made whole and were repeatedly advised it was under investigation. Truth is, Chase conducted NO investigation, tried to blame my wife for authorizing a wire transfer. which couldnt be further from the truth, refused to accept any documentation we tried to give them, and made a horrible, incorrect and devastating decision to not return the money hacked and stolen from our account. We both even went to Chase bank branches seeking some sort of relief from this nightmare and were advised sorry, theres nothing we can do. Our XXXX XXXX account was hacked twice and each time, we were promptly reimbursed, not blamed for something we absolutely didnt authorize as Chase has done. In closing, this is an absolute nightmare, Chase isnt honoring fraud protection and we now cant pay our mortgage and bills! Weve exhausted every avenue to have Chase do the right thing and they outright refuse and can care less! PLEASE HELP US! XXXX XXXX
