Consumer Complaint: Chase.com demands accepting two new customer service legal agreements when logging in. One of them is in excess of 100 pages long, and viewing it times out, which makes reading it impossible. In essence, Chase locks customers out of their accounts unless they blindly accept a legal agreement with unknown consequences. Please compel Chase to send all customers a detailed email pointing out all changes to the customer agreement.

Consumer Complaint: had unemployment sent to an account I had with them but the account was closed cause it was in the negative for {$24.00} and because I haven't used the account in 2-3 months. I was unaware it was closed until the payment was already sent. They recommended I open a new account so the money could be rerouted there. As soon as the money hit the account I paid my rent online via ACH. Immediately after the account was closed minutes later. It's under investigation because the Texas unemployment deposit was flagged as fraud. I have proof showing the deposit was in my name and the account is still restricted and not closed out yet. After it's closed I still have to wait another 7-14 business davs for my money. I did research online and found several other Chase customers that experienced similar issues and it seems like some type of glitch in their system. I'm facing eviction because I do not have access to my money and the because the payment was returned which caused NSF and late fees. If I knew it was a chance of this happening I would have went to another financial institution or opted for a check instead. I took their advice and opened the new account. I want to be refunded for the NSF fees and for my pain and suffering. This has been extremely stressful and my kids and I are suffering tremendously. CHASE BANK

My credit score dropped XXXX points and said my debt has increased.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a new chase checking account with a promotion to get {$300.00} bonus. I did met requirement for a direct deposit. I had many direct deposit starting from XX/XX/29 That is classified correctly by chase system as direct deposit that why, I also not getting any monthly fees for maintenance. It is also clearly mentioned on chase monthly statement that I am getting {$520.00} direct depot in XXXX and for subsequent months and because of that no monthly fees was charged to me and that is mentioned clearly in statement. I am attaching a copy of statement showing that information. But Chase refused to give me {$300.00} bonus claiming that those were not direct deposit, even though chase statement itself clearly mentioned that I have direct deposit which waived my monthly fees. This is bait and switch by chase bank and completely breaking there term of account opening for bonus. I have wasted many hours on phone and following with chase on this issue. I would like chase to give me {$300.00} promotional credit account that I am eligible for and additional {$1000.00} for all the time I have spent on following up this issue plus mental stress it has caused to me.
