No more than 30 minutes after this phone call I received an email letter from chase stating we resolved your dispute. Nothing was resolved, nothing was refunded, Chase is a farce and a Sham. Chase did nothing to resolve my dispute, chase refused to open a dispute and you refused to let me upload supporting documentation.

Consumer Complaint: My personal information was compromised which led my chase account to be hacked. I provided the branch with police reports stating that I am a victim of identity theft. Fraudulent credit cards and transactions that I did not authorize resulted in my account to be restricted. I spoke with someone in the fraud department at chase and I was told that it was possible to get my account under control. However, whats confusing is how Im being told different things from different representative.
