Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem accessing account
Consumer Complaint: Sometime during mid XX/XX/2023, Chase started preventing customers from logging into their accounts if the customers don't have the most up-to-date web browser ( i.e., XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). Unfortunately, many customers like me with older computer hardware ( e.g., XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) can not update to the most up-to-date web browsers. This effectively means that I, along with others who must use older operating systems due to software needs, are now completely prevented from using Chase 's website to maintain and view our accounts. For reference, I phoned Chase on XX/XX/2023 to understand if there is an alternative version of the website that will still allow me to access my account without needing to purchase a new computer, but I was told there is not. Also for reference, there is no other website that I'm aware of - let alone another financial institution website - that is completely blocking customers from accessing their accounts via desktop if they are not using the most up-to-date browser. I can not imagine that I am the only person facing this accessibility challenge, as there are thousands of lower income customers who do not have the financial means to regularly purchase new computer hardware that can support the most up-to-date browsers.

Consumer Complaint: Chase continues to put holds on my business accounts and restrict my cash flow, this time for an internal transfer from one account to the other. The hold states they need time to " collect from the paying bank. '' What do you even mean, its the same bank! This wouldn't have even happened if Chase hadn't completely wrecked my cash flow with the prior hold. Chase continues to harm my businesses cash flow through their actions and lack of care for their clientele.

Issue: Getting a credit card
Subissue: Sent card you never applied for
Consumer Complaint: I received an Amazon Prime credit card replacing my existing Amazon Prime credit card through Chase Bank that I never applied for. The credit card came addressed to me, to my home address. I received this credit card after my Amazon account was also compromised. The card was received on XX/XX/2023. I filed a police report the same day stating that I never applied for the credit card. There was also a prepaid envelope indicating I needed to return my old credit card for secure disposal. My existing credit card is XXXX, while the new Amazon credit card happens to be blue. The address on the envelop is : SHIPPING RETURNS XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX. I NEVER applied for this credit card. This is fraudulent activity on my account, nor do not accept this. My information has been compromised and this needs to be remedied. Someone has access to my personal information and is trying to either impersonate or steal my identity.

Consumer Complaint: JPMorgan Chase is violating consumers rights. No matter how small or large a check deposit is, they tell you about a 3-4 day. When the make available date comes, they again applied up to two additional weeks. I have had this encounter with them about 3 ( three ) times. Checks as little as {$200.00} to {$10000.00}. I belive they are in violation of consumer law. The CFPB needs to look into this. This is happening to millions of customer across the country. They can't cash a {$200.00} check for a customer but can sggord to pay the CEO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX salary at the expense of the consumer. What a shame and disgrace JPMORGAN CHASE.
