Consumer Complaint: This is a follow up on a previously submitted complaint regarding payment issues, and information changes without consent. After submitting the complaint, I was contacted by Chase Bank just informing me that they had received the complaint and were working on it. No other communication has taken place before, or since. I have since received a letter on the XXXX of XXXX, MANY weeks after sending in a complaint, from Chase Bank stating that I have requested to discontinue communication which I absolutely have not done. I truly believe this company is playing mind games with me now - this is the second time they stated they were given permission to change permissions on my account without my knowledge. ( First an address, now stating I have requested to discontinue communication. ) This company will alter your personal information without your consent and knowledge.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted this matter last month, but I realized I had more proper transaction history of Chase. And I found out another claim record submitted by the doctor in question toward XXXX. Dear sir, I would like you to investigate the following issue regarding my treatment at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had made an appointment with this office by phone following the advice of my friend, because of the XXXX XXXX issue. I went to the office on the date on XXXX XXXX XXXX, and probably I met XXXX XXXX XXXX because of the gender, female. I only met one doctor and received some instruction regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had the regular XXXX tests twice using two different devises in two separate rooms with assistants. At the record of XXXX, which was used to be our family insurance until this XXXX, I made the visits to two doctors, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am not sure who was XXXX XXXX, since I only met female doctor, assistants, and office ladies. The records of XXXX say that XXXX XXXX has claimed office visit and charged {$200.00}, even though I met a female doctor. And they say I had these tests ; XXXX XXXX examination ( {$65.00} ), XXXX test ( {$63.00} ), and comprehensive XXXX ( {$130.00} ). And today, I found out this XXXX XXXX refiled and denied the same claim to XXXX. I paid my visit in-person on that day. I enclose the record of Chase transaction with a closed credit card ending XXXX by illegal transactions at several merchants. Later, I received two bills from XXXX XXXX stated on XX/XX/ ; even though the contents of the bills were same. I attach the copy of one of these bills. Since I was at loss and my husband mentioned to pay at that time, I paid by that same closed credit card ending XXXX. I attach the statement of Chase bank with this letter. In short, I paid {$35.00} twice for one visit to one medical office. I insist the payment processed on XX/XX/XXXX is a fraud. Sincerely,

Consumer Complaint: Explanation of complaint : Prior to the trial held in XX/XX/, the XXXX XXXX permanently modified the home loan with Chase bank. She falsely certified in section Dof page 1 of the loan agreement that there was n on going litigation concerning the home. I XXXX XXXX claim that this certification was untrue, as they were amidst divorce litigation and a pending trial at that time. Furthermore, the XXXX XXXX omitted disclosing the pending litigation related to the home. The court had not authorized this loan modification. I believe it is imperative to investigate the motivation behind the XXXX XXXX decision not to disclose the loan modification during the trial. This omission is especially puzzling given the legal requirement for full disclosure and transparency in court. Potential Federal and State Law Violations : XXXX Federal Law : The Respondent 's actions may potentially violate federal statutes, such as 18 U.S. Code 1014, which makes it a crime to knowingly make false statements or reports for the purpose of influencing the actions of a financial institution. I contend that the XXXX XXXX XXXX false certification in the loan agreement to Chase bank and her failure to disclose the ongoing litigation may constitute potential violations of both federal and state laws. XXXX XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX 3. Washington State Law : Under Washington State statutes, the Respondent 's conduct may be in violation of laws such as RCW 9A.60.070 ( False Statement to Obtain Credit ) and RCW 9A.60.075 ( False Verification of Financial Statements ), which pertain to knowingly making false statements to obtain credit or providing false information in financial statements.

I'm having some housing issues and need these funds to put a roof over my head and so I was counting on this check. My name is XXXX XXXX, the check number is XXXX, the control number is XXXX, the amount is {$7000.00}. I also have a copy of the cleared check emailed to me from the settlement advisors that the bank Chase sent to them. Please help me with this issue thank you.

Issue: Advertising and marketing, including promotional offers
Subissue: Confusing or misleading advertising about the credit card
Consumer Complaint: CHASE ( through their Marriott Bonvoy Boundless Card ) offered me options to take control of my finances by paying over time, through fixed-rate carve-out loans, which are supposed to be separate from purchases on the card, and paid over time at a fixed monthly rate with fixed monthly interest. They refer to these plans as My Chase Plans, and My Chase Loans. Each month, they provide an " Interest Savings Balance, '' which includes the total amount of purchases the billing cycle, plus the monthly payments toward these " loans, '' which must be paid in order to avoid any ongoing interest charges on the purchase amounts -- which in my case are charged at 28.99 percent. ( An XXXX amount, but that's a separate issue. ) The first month after I took a My Chase Loan in the amount of {$9000.00}, I had over {$5000.00} in purchases ( travel, hotels, etc. ) on the card. I paid IN FULL the Interest Savings Balance. And INSTEAD of applying the amount of payment as promised, they applied the FULL AMOUNT to the " My Chase Loan, '' leaving me with a large balance of purchases at 28.99 percent. Their excuse for doing this ( after multiple calls and being placed on hold for extended periods of times ) was that I had a " zero-percent promotional interest rate '' on purchases at the time of my payment. A zero-percent promotion that EXPIRED the day AFTER I made my payment. That, my friends, is a classic bait-and-switch. One of the customer service agents basically agreed with my assessment, reversed the payment, and allowed me to make a payment again -- covering the full purchase balance, while incurring some interest on the days in between. I thought that was the end of it until the next bill, in which the total " Interest Savings Balance '' was approx {$700.00} more than it should have been when I did the math. Lo and behold, it appears that they applied the total amount of a REFUND for a PURCHASE I MADE ( for an item that was returned in less than 24 hours, and which I DO NOT OWN -- it was a mistaken internet double-purchase through Interval Int. ) to the MY CHASE LOAN BALANCE, and insisted that I had to pay for the {$700.00} as part of my " Interest Savings Balance. '' Another Bait-and-Switch! It's atrocious, and frankly, illegal. And it's caused me financial hardship that is completely unnecessary, when I had made the agreement to pay the Loan balance over time, at a fixed rate, WITHOUT being penalized for continuing to use my card for purchases ( which, sometimes, get returned! ) The way it was explained to me is that even if I had made a {$5000.00} purchase that was refunded, they had a RIGHT to apply the refund in ANY AMOUNT to my loan balance, rather than to the actual purchase! How is that LEGAL??!! It makes no sense. It's bad business, and again, how is that legal? It's specifically against the agreement I made with CHASE when I signed up for the My Chase Loan as a way to better organize my debt. It is false advertising at the very least, and absolutely represents a bad-faith example of what credit cards do to consumers who are trying to do the right thing. It's unethical, and I know I'm not the only one its hurting.
