Consumer Complaint: Chase has egregiously pushed HELOC Acct XXXX into foreclosure to capitalize and profit on the increase in home value. When Chase offers modification, it is a balloon modification seeking e.g. {$200000.00} from the consumer to accept the modification. Chase has FAILED to provide XXXX loan modification decision by XXXX for Account XXXX as stated in attached Chase documentation. Chase has BLOCKED online and telephone access to the account. When I call or write Chase they do not provide requested account information ( modification decision, HELOC loan payment history, etc. ) - Chase must provide HELOC loan modification decision. - Chase must provide detailed HELOC loan payment history from loan inception to present. - Chase must give consumer access & all documentation for account for XXXX See attached documentation for evidence.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I wired $ XXXX online on Chase.com. The wire transfer in question was from Chase to Chase, and despite clear identification details such as the name and address of the account, an error in one digit of the account number resulted in the funds being deposited into an account belonging to someone else with a different name and address. After 2 days I realized the fund has not been received by the expected beneficiary, so I called Chase and communicated the problem. They recommended and placed an amendment on XX/XX/XXXX to transfer the funds from the wrong account to the intended account. After a week they said amendment is not possible and they should do a recall. Their overall investigation took over 3 weeks despite dozens of follow ups and after 3 weeks they said the beneficiary has closed their account so we are not able to recall the money!! I already experienced financial losses in addition to the $ XXXX and spent so much time following up with the bank on phone and in person. The attached documents provide detailed information about the intended beneficiary ; however, Chase has confirmed that the funds were sent to a different individual with the surname " XXXX. ''

Consumer Complaint: On XXXXXXXX my credit card was used to make a reservation on XXXX for the amount of {$2400.00} {$2400.00} I called XXXX and the hotel the booking was made at numerous times to get them to reverse the charge. XXXX stated there was a no refund policy and that I would have to call the hotel. I called the hotel they said they would reverse the charge all I needed to do was send an email stating the amount and date this happened and they would reverse the charge. After several days nothing was reversed I then called the hotel again they asked I resend the email which I did. Finally the hotel responded saying I should just file a claim through my credit card to have it reversed and they would not give XXXX the permission to reverse the charge. I filed a claim through my credit card. And called them to ask if they needed any more information from me. They stated they did not and that I should just wait until the investigate the matter. Just to cover my basis I called XXXX once again and the hotel to make sure that the booking would be canceled and not used and to reiterate that this was fraud. The booking was not made under my name nor under my account so the hotel said they wont help me. They stated in an email that I could be the one who stole the credit card so I should just communicate with my credit card company to resolve the matter. After a couple months Chase informed me they find the charge valid and I am now responsible for this charge on my card. No information was asked from me to prove my claims they simply decided a charge not under my name was valid.

Consumer Complaint: I open a chase checking account on XX/XX/XXXX. I deposited two checks on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX for {$820.00} and the other for {$750.00}. The bank put my checks on hold until XX/XX/XXXX for the following reasons : Info received from the paying bank or due to information we have within our own files. On XX/XX/XXXX I told the bank if they can cancel my deposit so I can just go to the issuing bank and get my money the same day. They will not cancel and I just have to wait till the XX/XX/XXXX because they want to make sure they get the XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX the check for {$820.00} did not get paid for insufficient funds. I trusted the person who gave me the check an unfortunately he lied to me about the account having the funds to cover the check. Now on XX/XX/XXXX the check cleared for the {$750.00}. The issuing bank paid the money and chase is holding my money and doesn't not allow me to get it. They lied to me and they requiring for the person who wrote the check to contact them before I can get my money. This is outrages for them. They are holding my money & lend it out and making interst on it until they won't to give me my money back. I told chase I can provide them of anything they need about me. I provide then with all info they need to open my account. They have personal information. I DONT HAVE ANY CONTROL ON THE PERSON WHO WROTE ME THE CHECK NOR DUE THEY. The issuing bank has there information and if they had a issue with my check they would have check with there client. They paid the money because everything was good. I told chase you made me wait 10 days and I did and the money was cleared by the issuing bank and they no right to withhold the money they received for me. It's not there money, so what give them the right to hold my money. They need to pay me my money.

We have asked three times for them to mail our payoff to us and we still have not seen it. I have made sure they have the correct address, and they are not complying with anything that we have asked them to do. I have personally asked them three times to mail it out and still have not seen one in the mail. They are walking their way around it so now I'm going to ask for them to e-mail it to me. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people.

XX/XX/23 Called Chase to confirm the transaction was fraudulent and unauthorized. Chase issued temporary refund, cancelled card and sent out new card. XX/XX/23 Letter issued ( attached ) that they were investigating fraud. XX/XX/23 Letter issued ( attached ) that I am responsible for fraud charge. XX/XX/23 Called to discuss their investigation. Someone was supposed to contact me within 4 business days. Never received a call. XX/XX/23 Contacted Chase again to discuss their investigation. They let me know they would send documents identifying how they determined it was not fraud. XX/XX/23 Filed police report ( attached ) with XXXX XXXX Police Department. XX/XX/23 XXXX was issued showing how they determined I was responsible for fraud. XX/XX/23 Emailed Chase copy of police report. The letter Chase provided only shows email from XXXX XXXX with order information. There " proof '' that I purchased this item was that the name, phone number, email address and billing address matches what is on file. I stated this is all public information and is not proof I made purchase. Best Buy/Chase failed to cancel transaction, failed to ask for CVV, failed to check government issued ID at time of order pickup and failed to check for card using to make purchase at time of order pickup.

I called the credit card company and they issued credit. then the credit card company denied credit and re-charged me. the credit card company is stating I made these charges myself face to face with the retailer. This is not true. I did not make any charges with this said retailer. At this point I do not know even the name of the retailer. credit card company cancelled my account and re-issued me a new credit card with a new account number. on the new credit card charges from the same retailer are appearing on my account that i did not make. the credit card company is again saying I made the charges face to face ( in person ) I did not and have not made these charges. Still do not know the name of the company or location or contact information for this company. I have no receipt as I did not make the purchase. My credit card is with Chase Bank.
