Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, Chase falsely advertised a promotion offer to get me to sign up for a credit card. I followed the exact requirements of the promotion offer, but I never received the promotion I was entitled to. Chase has repeatedly failed to remedy the situation. I opened a Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card with Chase on XX/XX/2023. Chase and XXXX advertised a promotion from XX/XX/2023 to XX/XX/2023 that if you signed up for a XXXX XXXX Credit Card, you would earn a Companion Pass ( allowing a designated companion to fly with you for free ) once you spend {$4000.00} in 3 months. I clicked on an advertisement for this exact promotion to sign up for the credit card. I met the {$4000.00} spending threshold as of my XX/XX/XXXX credit card statement. By XX/XX/XXXX, I had maintained an active Chase account for 3 months. In XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/2023, XXXX repeatedly confirmed on the phone that I had received this promotion offer and that the requirements I described were correct. But Chase repeatedly claimed on the phone and in written messages that the promotion did not appear on my account. I clearly signed up for the card during the promotion dates and met the spending requirements. I sent Chase evidence via internal message that I clicked on this exact promotion offer to sign up for the card, that this promotion offer was valid on the date that I signed up for the card, and that I met the spending requirements within the first 3 months of opening my Chase account ( those documents are attached ). Chase refused to remedy the situation. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I called Chase and gave them XXXX more chance to give me the promotion offer that I had rightfully earned. XXXX of the Chase representatives claimed that he couldn't apply the promotion to my account now because the offer had expired. The offer expired on XX/XX/2023, but IT WAS VALID on XX/XX/2023, the date that I signed up for the card. I signed up for the card explicitly because Chase advertised this offer to me! Chase 's false advertising and horrible customer service has forced me to pay full price for XXXX XXXX flights in 2023 totaling more than {$2000.00} that should have been free with the XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Chase currently advertises a credit card under the label " Chase Freedom Unlimited ''. The offer claims that the card user will get back 5 % in gas and groceries... XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX & XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I received my Chase Freedom Card and after using it for a month , the gas and grocery stores purchases were received only a 1.5 % back, not 5 % as advertised. Even when I checked on my credit card agreement ( attached ), the word " gas '' is not mentioned a single time.

There has been an inquiry placed on my credit report as of XXXX XXXX ( est time ). This is unauthorized access as I did not gain anything nor did I give permission for these actions. As a result this is fraud and an invasion of privacy. This moment has caused me major stress, XXXX, and depression. I can not believe Chase is allowing their employees to operate in such manner. I was never made aware that any application would be submitted and I never verbally agreed and never signed any documents for submisson of this Chase business Credit card application that XXXX XXXX wrongfully submitted. As a result many laws have been broken, which I stated. I will take these actions further legally! JP Morgan and Chase co Bank, need to make this matter right, ASAP! Consumer Complaint: Chase refinanced our mortgage in XXXX of XXXX. The agent who handled the process is XXXX XXXX. When XXXX XXXX submitted the documents to Escrow, the proper box was checked, indicating the property was a transfer between parent and child on the Primary Change of Ownership Report. However, XXXX XXXX didn't include the BOE 19 CA CLAIM FOR REASSESSMENT EXCLUSION FOR TRANSFER BETWEEN PARENT AND CHILD. The results of this mistake caused our taxes to increase by {$14000.00} a year and our house payment to increase by {$1200.00} a month. Our house payment went from {$1500.00} to nearly {$2800.00} a month. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( # XXXX ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was advised that the agent handling the transaction, XXXX XXXX, should have included the BOE 19 CA. We sought legal advice from an Attorney to find out what document wasn't submitted in Escrow. The attorney researched, finding the missing document, which was the BOE 19 CA and we submitted it to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Assessor ourselves. I contacted XXXX XXXX to find out why the BOE 19 CA document wasnt submitted in Escrow and was told this wasn't their responsibility. Currently, we are waiting for the Assessors to approve reassessment of our property taxes which could take months to resolve, as I was told by the Assessors office. They are behind from XX/XX/XXXX! My wife and I are retired and were confident that we were making the informed decision to choose Chase to help us secure our financial future by locking in an affordable mortgage payment. Hiring an attorney is not our first option, as we dont want to incur additional financial burden. However, we are prepared to resolve this issue by any means to save our home. Chase needs to accept responsibility for the mistake their employee made and become actively and expeditiously involved with the XXXX XXXX XXXX Assessor 's Office to help us get this resolved.

I never even filled out an application to apply for anything on that date or anywhere near that date. I called Chase right away and they stated that an application was sent to them and was Denied. I asked if I could receive a copy of that application but I was informed that they cant do that due to it not being approved. They informed me to call XXXX and I did that right away and they put a fraud alert note on all my credit companies accounts for a year.
