Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against I C System Inc, a debt collection agency, for their unjust and unethical practices in attempting to collect a debt that has not been properly verified and is beyond the statute of limitations. I am deeply concerned about their approach, which appears to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and other relevant consumer protection laws. I recently received communication from I C System Inc. in the form of an invoice and a copy of a phone bill, both of which are being used as evidence to support their claim for debt repayment. However, I find their approach inadequate and problematic for the following reasons : 1. Failure to Verify Debt : According to the FDCPA, debt collectors are required to provide validation of a debt upon request. I have made an official request for debt verification, and all I received in response was a copy of a phone bill and an invoice to pay. This does not constitute sufficient verification of the debt 's legitimacy and accuracy. 2. Expired Statute of Limitations : The debt in question is beyond the statute of limitations, which means that the legal timeframe for pursuing collection actions has expired. Despite this, I C System Inc, is attempting to collect the debt, which raises concerns about their adherence to legal guidelines and ethical standards. 3. Insufficient Documentation : A mere copy of a phone bill and an invoice does not provide the necessary documentation to prove the validity of the debt. Without detailed information and proper validation, it is impossible for me to assess the accuracy of their claim. 4. Furnished the written validation notice within the required time period and otherwise complied with applicable validation requirements ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g 5. Company has no Contract between XXXX XXXX and I C System Inc I kindly request that the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation thoroughly investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against XXXX XXXX XXXX if they are found to be in violation of consumer protection laws. I believe their actions not only undermine my rights as a consumer but also contribute to the erosion of trust in the debt collection industry as a whole. I am attaching copies of all relevant correspondence from I C System Inc, as well as any communication I have had with them. I appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to safeguarding consumer rights. Please feel free to contact me at XXXX or XXXX if you require any further information or clarification regarding this complaint. I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue and the restoration of my rights as a consumer. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have a {$55.00} XXXX XXXX from XXXX ( this account was canceled early XXXX ). XXXX is switching over to XXXX, I've called XXXX several times however no one is able to locate my account or bill and I've been told that XXXX currently doesn't have a billing department. I've attempted to pay this online and by phone several times, with no success. Now XXXX has sent the outstanding bill to collections, which I believe is unfair, since they don't have the proper system to allow me to pay the bill. The bills were also sent to my old address and I did not receive them in a timely manner.

Consumer Complaint: I need this removed from all 3 collection agencies. I have disputed this several times and they continue to keep this on my report. No one will call or has called me or sent any written documentation as proof. This company is horrible and very unprofessional. They continue to make noted that I can not see on the account. All i can see is that it was reported again. I have no clue as to why they keep reporting it monthly.
