Consumer Complaint: Last year my wife received XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We paid our insurance co-pay and the bills that showed up afterwards. A couple of months ago my wife noticed a negative filing on her credit report from a " IC Systems '' and when we call the phone number it tell us the switchboard is down. Just in XX/XX/2020, they open 7 new negative accounts over 1 bill. They have called her office over a hundred times this year. They spoofed our office number on these occasions ( just in XX/XX/XXXX ). Consumer Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX I received a notice to collect a debt from 2 collection agencies regarding an account with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. IC systems was one of the agencies and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was the other. I spoke with XXXX XXXX at IC systems and informed him that I received another notice from a different agency and he stated that he would note my account and no collection activity would continue. I contacted XXXX XXXX who assured me that they owned the debt ( I have a recording of this call ) and I entered a payment arrangement with them. All of this was done within the 30 days and none of this was reported on my credit reports. I continued to make the monthly payments every month by auto withdrawl. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice that a debt collection was reported on my credit reports. IC systems reported that my account was delinquent. I contacted them and they stated that I should have been paying them all along. I informed them that I was paying XXXX XXXX. I sent proof of all my payments to IC Systems. I never heard back from them. I noticed on XX/XX/XXXX that the autowithdraw from XXXX XXXX did not happen. I called them and they told me that IC systems was taking over the account and to contact them. I called IC systems to 1 ) set up payment with them and to make sure that they did in fact now have the debt assigned to them by XXXX XXXX XXXX, and 2 ) inform them that they still had not removed the delinquency on my credit report which they need to do since I was never delinquent. I was transferred 4 times and all agents kept repeating that the delinquency will not be removed because they did not get payments back in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX even though they have proof that I paid on time to XXXX XXXX. In summary, I am filing this complaint because it violates fair reporting. I was never delinquent, XXXX XXXX XXXX themselves never reporting me as delinquent, and now IC systems has proof that as of XX/XX/XXXX, I made all my payments on time to XXXX XXXX I feel that I should not be punished and my credit impacted because of the disorganization of XXXX XXXX XXXX and their failure to manage the debt collection process. I am unable to reach a live person aXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to discuss this matter.

Consumer Complaint: This is the third time your fraudulent institution has damage my person and personal consumer profile with an alleged debt that you are collecting that has already been proven not in compliance and unable to be verified. This account has already been removed from my consumer credit report twice but here you are again fraudulently trying to masquerade as a creditor when in fact you are a debtor and a trespasser on an alleged original consumer contract that you were never a party too. I am well aware of the FACT that YOUR Firm has a MAXIMUM of 30 days to PRODUCE ALL of the mentioned information in detail on the attached document, PERFECTLY without a single mark or error on even ONE of the many a multitude of items and data entries of which you MUST demonstrate to ME physically with irrefutable documentary evidence of certified truthfulness and equally of adequately accurate, complete and timely reporting above and beyond compliance. If your firm CAN NOT produce ALL of the above-noted documentation in the allotted time frame, I will accept a written NOTIFICATION stipulating that your firm CAN NOT COMPLY with the FDCPA and formally withdrawing your claim to this alleged debt is demanded. If you choose to ignore this demand, I will pursue a direct course offered to me under the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT entered into by the Credit Reporting Agencies with the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and 37 other states that specifically EMPOWERS a working group to remediate and hold accountable and sanction data furnishers who fail to meet the requirements of the FDCPA and CFPBs compliance guidance for Professional Debt Collection Practices. Consumer Complaint: There is a collection account showing up on my credit report ( s ) that I believe to be invalid. This issue was addressed with this company over a year ago. I previously disputed this bill, which was originally with XXXX. I requested billing statements to document where all the charges were coming from as all of the bills they sent me made reference to other alleged accounts, and I was never able to see where the original amount was coming from. Now, over a year later, this collection account is showing up on my credit again. I thought the issue was resolved when they couldn't produce all the original bills. I never received anything recently to give them cause to put this on my credit report again. This account needs to be removed immediately from all the credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: Hello there is a collection on my credit report that I have disputed several times and it will get deleted and then another collection agency would get it its not my account it is with XXXX XXXX I have XXXX XXXX services now. I called them on several occasions to get this account off they have no way of verifying this account is what I was told by XXXX XXXX. They dont even know where the account came from but its a different account then what I have now. They told me to dispute it with the collection agency because once its left their office I have to go through the collection agency so they can verify it with XXXX XXXX. I was told they have never tried to verify that account with them but they updated my credit report as verified. Called the collection agency several times to dispute this account and they told me they verified my social security number and my address. I asked them for a hard copy or a contract that I signed and they refused to provide it. They said they dont need to have it they verified it was my account by my address and social security number. So they refused to remove it and its not my account.

The collection company IC Systems states that this bill belongs to me and they are going to sue me to collect a debt in the amount of {$250.00} with XXXX XXXX. This is not my account. Consumer Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX located on XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, inquiring about a tooth extraction. After being quoted a price that I felt was too high, I told the account specialists that I would go to a place less expensive. She then proceeded to tell me that I actually had credit owed to me from my previous porcelain crown procedure with XXXX XXXX, that would cover the cost. So natural I agreed to the tooth extraction since I wouldnt owe money. After the procedure was complete I double checked with the lady about a bill and she told me everything was covered. I believed her and left. Some weeks later I received a call and a voicemail was left from the same account specialists stating that she apologize because she had misinformed me. She stated, the credit she told me about could only be used at the XXXX XXXX location that I had the porcelain crown procedure done at and that I needed to come in and make a payment. In my mind that didnt make since because it was the same company. So I refused to pay. I had moved prior to the tooth extraction so I never received a bill. I get emails from XXXX but I never received an email about a bill. Some years went by and last year I notice that a collection was on my credit report with XXXX XXXX being the original creditor {$390.00}. Im not sure if this amount is after my insurance paid its portion. That will need to be investigated also. So I reached out to them by going to the location that I had the tooth extraction. There is a new account specialists named XXXX XXXX that I spoke to. She was professional and helpful. XXXX XXXX pulled up my account and agreed that I owed nothing because the credit that I had was applied to my tooth extraction. Then I explained the situation more to her so she investigated the account a little deeper and saw the problem. Then miss XXXX informed me that I was told wrong twice. She said that the credit was not owed back to me and it wasnt a credit that I could use at the location of my porcelain cap procedure, but instead it was owed back to my insurance company. My heart dropped upon hearing this. She stated bills had been sent out. I explained I had moved prior to the tooth extraction and any bills that were sent were never forwarded to me. I pleaded with her since Im technically the victim here of misinformation or a bait and switch move, could she allow me to pay the bill right now and then remove me from collections. She asked her XXXX XXXX and the XXXX told her, no she will not have it removed if I should pay the bill. I have recorded voicemails from the company admitting to misinforming me and mishandling the funds. I do not have a date because I didnt receive any paper work, letters or no receipts because I was told I owed nothing XXXX she not be allowed to keep this on my credit file. No professional company would, in my opinion.
