Consumer Complaint: I C Systems is reporting three accounts on my credit report for the amounts of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I called I C Systems and asked for the dates of service for these amounts and was told they were XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, respectively. I then called my insurance company to verify that I did indeed have services done on these days before I verified these debts to be accurate. It turns out that I do no have any EOB 's from any of these dates of service from any provider, let alone the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I would like I C Systems to remove these three accounts from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has been attempting to collect a debt from me for an account that they claim was sent to them from XXXX XXXX XXXX. It has been several years since I ended my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was never delinquent. When I canceled the account and closed it, my balance was XXXX. Now 3 years later I am receiving collections calls at all hours of the day and night and it has been added to my credit report. When I disputed it on my credit report, IC Systems then added a second account, also with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I feel like I am being unfairly targeted and their collection tactics seem very odd. I have now disputed both accounts but I am concerned that they will retaliate further. Whatever debt they are collecting, does not belong to me.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX, I had an account for cable/internet/phone service with XXXX now known as XXXX. I cancelled the service and switched to another provider. My family and I bought a house and moved in XXXX. Ironically, when we moved, my husband opened an account with XXXX. Unbeknownst to me, apparently, I had an outstanding balance of {$310.00} dating back to XXXX. I received no notification of the outstanding balance. The XXXX sent my account to a collection agency, IC System, Inc. who never sent me any correspondence. Instead, they just reported it to the credit bureaus. Once it showed up on my credit report, I proceeded to call IC System, Inc. to dispute it. They said it was a XXXX account so I called XXXX and that is when I learned about the outstanding balance. The representative at Spectrum said I could make the payment with her over the phone which I did - I gave her my credit card number. She advised that they would contact the collection agency to have them update their records to show it as being paid. Over the past 6 weeks, I have called IC System, Inc. and they keep telling me that they are waiting for Spectrum to update the file on their end. I call Spectrum and they tell me they have notified IC System, Inc on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In addition, on XX/XX/XXXX, I faxed IC System, Inc a printout from my credit card account showing the balance was paid by credit card on XX/XX/XXXX and it was charged to my card on XX/XX/XXXX. To add insult to injury, I got home today, XX/XX/XXXX, and there is a collection notice from them. When I called, they confirmed they had my fax showing the payment made!! But they still insist on sending collection notices despite receive a cease and desist all collection efforts from XXXX, the original creditor. I'm stuck in the middle and can not get this resolved.

Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I didn't receive enough information to verify the debt. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract-any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could mail, fax, email in a fraudulent account.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX Credit Monitoring notified me of I C System incorrectly reporting a {$700.00} collection account when I have never even heard of I C System. I have never received a single phone call or a single letter from I C System. This, of course, is in direct violation of the FCRA. I C System reports XXXX as the original creditor to XXXX. This is entirely FALSE. I have never once been late with my XXXX account which has always been in GOOD STANDING. In fact, {$0.00} balance is due as the actual balance of only {$6.00} which was not due until XX/XX/20 has already been PAID IN FULL more than two weeks in advance. The next regular bill is NOT DUE UNTIL XX/XX/20. Either I am a victim of IDENTITY THEFT or I C System is fraudulently attempting to collect a balance that is NOT DUE. I called the number that XXXX provided for I C System and no live person answers. A recorded message repeated itself before the call disconnected. There is {$0.00} due to XXXX and certainly there is {$0.00} due to I C System, whoever they are. I would like to know why they are fraudulently attempting to collect an amount that is not owed, why they have failed to send a single letter regarding their fraudulent collection effort and why they failed to make a single phone call regarding their fraudulent collection effort.

Consumer Complaint: I got an alert from XXXX. It showed a collection had been added to my credit report. I called immediately. I have never received communication from this Company to have the opportunity to resolve it before it hit my credit report. I called and the Lady asked if I lived in Missouri. I have never lived in Missouri in the past 40 years. She said she couldn't release any information. I want this removed from credit report. It affects my car insurance rates and everything in my life. This is DISGUSTING.
