Consumer Complaint: I relocated from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX. I have been living in XXXXXXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. When I left XXXX XXXX, XXXX I closed out my account with XXXX and returned their equipment before l left. In XX/XX/XXXX hurricane XXXX happened and prevented any further charges due to long term power outages. In XXXX of XXXX I saw a derogatory account from XXXX for {$320.00}, that said it was reported in XXXX of XXXX, appear on my credit report. I immediately disputed the bill through XXXX XXXX, but the decision came back that the information was accurate. I disputed it again through XXXX XXXX and stated the information about hurricane XXXX, but it came back again as accurate information. Then I disputed the bill through XXXX credit bureau twice and they noted that the bill meets the Fair Credit Reporting Act guidelines and that I would need to contact XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX. I was informed that the bill was for services from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I stated that I live in XXXX XXXX during that time frame, and that I could not have made those charges. They asked if I left anyone behind and I said no. We picked my son up from XXXX XXXX, in XX/XX/XXXX due to illness. When we left XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX the power was still off since XX/XX/XXXX. No one was in the house during the dates of service. However, they continue to report the inaccurate charges. I believe XXXX has generated these charges fraudulently and are using predatory tactics to remain on my credit report. In addition, I have been denied credit from XXXX XXXX for an additional credit card with rewards due to the inaccurate information reported on my credit report by XXXX. I wish to have the information removed from my report ; and have XXXX report to XXXX that they reported inaccurate information on my credit report that caused my credit score to go down. In addition, I would like for them to pay damages in the amount of credit loss due to their negligence.

Consumer Complaint: My information is was used for some sort of pet bill with XXXX XXXX XXXX that resulted in it going to Collections. I spoke with a representative regarding this account after I received a letter in the mail and called and told them I didn't recognize it she told me she would take care of it for me and apologized for the inconvenience it had caused me dealing with the idenity theft. Ive had an issue with false credit cards and inquiries on my credit that I was able to resolve with multiple issues other credit companies in the past, as well as a false XXXX account in my name with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I can provide documentation for proving identity theft. I've attached a copy of my police report and a copy of my FTC idenity theft report and my valid ID and social security card to verify my identity. I would like this resolved as it is a result of identity theft and it is dramatically impacting my credit and affecting my financial health in this pandemic.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: I am having issues disputing a debt on my credit report. I have spoken with XXXX XXXX XXXX and their third party collections agency IC System. My issue was that I was unaware of a debt from XXXX owed to XXXX XXXX. I have since paid my debt to XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX but when they reported it to the collections agency IC System. IC System states they have not received the full amount stating there is a XXXX dollar balance still owed. This is not the case. I have informed both companies via phone of this mistake back in XXXX after I noticed it was still reflecting and damaging my XXXX XXXX. Speaking with XXXX XXXX I have verified my payment of the full amount owed via their 3rd party software XXXX. I have spoke with them both again via a teleconference later in XXXX and they have still not satisfied the debt. It is now the XX/XX/XXXX. This is harming my credit and I would like it disputed.

Consumer Complaint: I received several alerts through XXXX XXXX XXXX a credit monitoring service back in early XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX credit alert notified me and advised me that a new account had been added to my credit reports from IC Systems. The only thing that IC systems listed was their name & address. However, the account information read N/A. If I had not of received an alert from the credit bureau ( s ), I would have never become aware of IC Systems adding a collection account to my credit. One year prior, I had also found out from the credit bureaus that IC systems had been pulling my credit reports and leaving credit pulling inquiries on my credit reports. In XXXX, I reached out to IC Systems certified mail regarding the Illegal and unauthorized credit pulling inquiries. However, the company never responded. In XX/XX/XXXX ; I reached out to IC Systems twice Certified Mail with dispute letters regarding the account that they had added. However, after IC systems signed & received my dispute letters sent certified mail, the company failed to respond. Instead, they intentionally and deliberately updated the same account with the credit bureaus. IC Systems even updated the same account 3 times with XXXX within a one month time span. While their illegal, unethical deceptive practices, continued, I contacted the collection agency certified mail. However, no resolution or attempts to resolve their illegal tactics was ever performed. IC Systems failed to notify me prior to adding their account on my credit reports, and once I found out about their added account from XXXX credit alert, the company then purposely updated and added the disputed account 3 times back to back on my XXXX as a knowingly spiteful method as they continued to fail at responding to my dispute letters. Recently around XX/XX/XXXX ; I received a letter in the mail from IC Systems dated for XX/XX/XXXX. The letter which was sent way after the legal limit of the 5 days of receipt that the FTC and FDCPA outlines, was a balance letter that requested payment with a copy of a bill. After IC Systems has been pulling my credit for a whole year, failed to respond to my dispute regarding more information on their unauthorized credit pulls, the company then waits a whole year to illegally add an account numerous times to my consumer credit reports all while failing to notify me. This is illegal. Their actions are deceptive. They have now finally sent a payment letter due to numerous FTC complaints filed against IC systems for their failure to respond back to multiple dispute letters received by them certified mail, XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have still failed at acknowledging any of my disputes. FTC XXXX # 's XXXX & XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX keeps reporting a debt from 2009, the company IC systems they continue to report about has been disputed twice and removed from other bureau 's. This debt has no supporting documentation from the collection agency, nor has ever provided me with any such documentation. XXXX is continuing to report something that is 1. ) too old and 2. ) not even valid and has no supporting documentation from XXXX XXXX. this is from XXXX trying to keep me in a contract that was only 1 year old and required renewal. I never renewed with XXXX XXXX and all of my dogs Dr bills were PIF and they actually refunded me like {$9.00} in the store due to this being a confused mess. There is no 2nd year of doggie insurance EVER requested nor approved by me. If they want to collect they need to provide documentation YET IT '' S OVER 7 YEARS OLD. I have done everything I can do to remedy this but as stated there is no contract, no signed documents, nothing that supports this debt and further nothing to verify the debt and again they refunded me aprox {$9.00} after this mess. If there is they should have provided it to me from 1. ) XXXX back in 2009 and 2. ) From IC Systems and 3. ) from XXXX. NOT 1 place has ever provided me with documentation OF THIS DEBT. Just says it's owed but no signed document from me or anything of the sort. I am requesting a remedy and/or Valid documentation to be provided NOW. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
