Consumer Complaint: I requested that this company validate the debt by asking for certain documents including the following ... agreement with the original creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt the original contract bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt, the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges, the complete payment history on this account along with an accounting record of all additional charges being assessed, proof that the company is licensed to collect in my state, which is Alabama and the license number and Registered Agent for my state, which is Alabama. I did not receive documents that validates this debt. In addition, the company is reporting this account differently with all three credit bureaus, which I disputed, and the company verified. Different information with three different companies can not all be accurate, so it is very clear that the company verified inaccurate information.

Consumer Complaint: I was emailed by XXXX yesterday about a change in credit score due to an outstanding debt that I have on my record. I found it odd, since I have never missed a payment on any of the debts that I owe. I checked and see that I have an outstanding debt balance of {$3800.00} originating from a company called ( I C SYSTEM INC ) that I do not recognize. I requested XXXX to dispute this and see it was originated from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never used XXXX XXXX XXXX as a carrier before and have never received any type of documentation regarding this matter. It states this was opened in XXXX of this year, but XXXX XXXX was in a state of lockdown during that time, so I have no idea where or how this could have happened. As a result of this my credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX ... This is a charge that I am completely unaware of and it is affecting me financially, especially during these hard times.

Consumer Complaint: I saw a credit alert on my account on XX/XX/2020. I contacted the company that listed it ( IC System ). After a series of phone calls, they had not done anything to provide information on payment, so I sent a registered letter on XX/XX/2020. I had not received a response by XX/XX/2020 and filed a complaint with the XX/XX/XXXX IC System responded to that complaint saying they had sent a letter to me on XX/XX/2020. I received that letter today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) - attached. It does not address the specific questions I asked. They are not being responsive. And, in the meantime, I am trying to resolve this in good faith, but can not proceed without answers from them. How are they being held accountable?
