Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 creditor ( I C Systems ) added a derogatory remark to my XXXX profile per XXXX XXXX. Upon further research, this account was a transfer/sold and i am no longer responsible for this account. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I submitted a dispute to remove IC Systems from my credit reports. It was removed, however, it is showing back up today on my transunion report. The original creditor, XXXX, had removed it previously due to this being an account my ex wife opened without my knowledge and consent, but then it went to collections and reappeared on my reports. I need this removed as it has already been removed by the bureaus and is reappearing once again. I feel it is a matter of time before it shows up on the other 2 bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: This agency placed a negative item in my credit report without being contacted to dispute an alleged debt I owe them. They violated my right to dispute the alleged debt that I do not recognize. I sent them a validation letter for more than 30 days, but I never received a response. In the meantime, my credit continues to be damaged. According to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a collection agency has 5 days to respond. I need them to validate the alleged debt properly. I sent them a very clear and concise validation letter. There are so many elements and so many questions that remain unanswered. I don't recognize the debt and if they think otherwise they will prove it to me with facts. If not kindly that they delete the negative information that they are validating in my credit report. Thank you
