Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to contact these companies about the fraudulent activity that keeps being reported on my credit report. I have sent numerous validation request demanding a contract with my signature stating that I agreed to do business with these companies, and have yet to hear from anyone. As I am fully aware of my rights under the FCRA section 609, I demand an immediate removal of these fraudulent items from my credit report. Where I live we use XXXX. I told them I disputed the account, but they insist it is mine and are unable to provide documentation it is mine. I even reached out to the reporting agency and was told by them that IC System " verfied '' it. However, not one piece of documentation can be provided for what this actually is.

Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by I.C. System, INC. about a medical debt from XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I went on their website and payed the entire balance listed, Which was {$600.00} by ECheck. Listed at the bottom of the confirmation page was the following statement " Once your payment is successfully processed, your account owing to XXXX XXXX will be listed in our records with {$0.00} balance ''. That amount was taken from my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX. This debt was paid off in full yet I am still receiving settlement letters. I received a settlement letter on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. Both letters list the balance as {$2600.00}. I am not sure why I am continuously being sent letters that claim I owe a large amount of money even though I have paid this debt. I have attached : the confirmation page on the I.C. System website that shows my payment in full, my bank statement showing I.C. System withdrawing {$600.00}, and both settlement letters I received in the mail. I assumed that the settlement letter I received four months later was a mistake so I did nothing about it. But now having received another one, I know that they are trying to scam me.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted IC Systems Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX. Regarding a negative collection account for medical Bill 's that was reported to my credit report. This account was paid in full by my Insurance provider, and the amount owed was XXXX out. I was told by IC Systems that they could not remove the negative collection account from my credit report since the balance was recalled by the original creditor. I demanded that they remove this negative information from my credit report and they refused to do so. I attempted to dispute the information on my credit report but was unsuccessful. I have a letter stating that the debt will be returned to the original creditor but they will not remove it from my credit report.
