Consumer Complaint: Information was submitted to I c System that was not factual. I c System deleted the information from credit reports agencies. Credit reporting agencies continued to report information on the consumer that was requested to be deleted by I c Service. Credit reporting agencies purposely decided to ruin consumer 's credit history during a pandemic and ignored the federal law. Negative information was not to be placed on credit reports during the pandemic. Credit reports are to be available to consumers on a weekly basis.

Consumer Complaint: HI IC System / XXXX ; I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the America Bar Association and Professional Liability Fund for code of ethics violations.

Consumer Complaint: This debt occurred when I moved out of the home I lived in with my husband. Apparently he rented the home for two years and the renter used my information to set up a XXXX XXXX Account using my personal information obtained by mail from the mailbox. I filed a fraud complaint with XXXX XXXX and submit a notarized affidavit however XXXX XXXX replied stating they were not going to remove my responsibility from the debt. I was in the process of filing a civil lawsuit when the added the collection to my credit file and causing my credit rating to drop by 34 points. Consumer Complaint: The company in question spoke to my dad about a debt that they purport to belong to me. They not just spoke to him but tried to get him to make a payment on the debt even after he told them to send me information on the debt to my address by mail. The agent still kept asking him how much he was able to pay on the debt. I also see that they are reporting the debt on my credit report with false an misleading information such as the date the debt was opened. They list the original creditor as XXXX and said that the account was opened on two different dates. On XXXX they have the date the account was XXXX. On XXXX its listed as opened on XX/XX/XXXX. the debt is not reporting on XXXX. XXXX has the date last active as XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX has it as XX/XX/XXXX -

Consumer Complaint: Few months ago I did a routine check on my credit score, which is normally around XXXX, the day I checked it it was about XXXX, not good. After hours of going though my bills and then downloading XXXX I finally figured out that XXXX XXXX sent an account to collections in my name. I immediately went to the XXXX office and spoke with a representative, she confirmed that I had no past due bills, and didn't owe anything. I called the debt collection agency, IC systems they told me they couldn't find the reason why I owed the money, on a side note they also had my address listed as a house I haven't lived in in over 5 years which would explain why I never received a notice. At that point I just used XXXX to remove the debt from my record which they did, but I am still receiving settlement offers from IC Systems. Also on the XXXX website I can only look at statements from 6 months ago or sooner, how the heck am I supposed to prove I've paid my bills when I can't even access the receipts? Everybody should know that XXXX XXXX absolutely decimated my credit score and they won't even so much as give me an apology, they literally couldn't care any less about their customers. I'd say stay away from XXXX but who else can you get internet service from?
