Consumer Complaint: Received a collection notice from I.C Systems , Inc. for the Creditor XXXX in the amount of {$350.00} on XXXX. I contacted XXXX directly instead of the collections Company to verify my concerns of fraud. I spoke to two customer service members and both verified my name and address were not in their system, and also verified they dont offer services in my area. The 24 digit Account number that was supposed to be my XXXX Account number was also verified fake as it started with an XXXX and customer service said that normally in Wisconsin it will start with an XXXX. My initial thought was fraud due to the fact Ive never had a XXXX account. But this will surely fool lots of people the paper looks really professional and many will be scammed.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX IC Systems Collections ( XXXX ) posted a notice of collection to my XX/XX/XXXX account stating that I was in collection for {$190.00} that they claimed as do to XX/XX/XXXX. I called and asked for back up information on the account and they just mailed me their invoice for the {$190.00} with no information on the origin of the debt. Then called XXXX to figure it out d try to resolve it. After several attempts to locate an account there on XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to a manager who after reviewing my file agreed that the charges were inaccurate ( they billed me for an additional month after I called to terminate service ) but claimed I owed them {$89.00} for a prorated amount that was declined by XXXX. The account was on autopay for nearly 2 years with no such incident, but I agreed t pay the {$89.00} in exchange for the promise that the collection agency would be notified, and the notice removed from my credit report. He agent informed me I could take as long as 30 days. The charge cleared my account on XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware that my XX/XX/XXXX credit report was not cleared of derogatory report. I called XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX, and again was promised the situation was handled and that the collection agency has been informed that there is no unpaid debt to report. Since then, I have made 6 calls to XXXX with the last being XX/XX/XXXX after hearing XX/XX/XXXX had confirmed that IC Systems Collections confirmed the claim as valid on XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX agent confirmed that on XX/XX/XXXX the notice went to IC Systems Collections that the claim was not valid. The agent promised I would hear from someone with XXXX XXXX XXXX withing 48 hours. A week has passed, and XXXX has not contacted me by phone or by mail and to my knowledge has made no attempt to correct the situation.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: The account I am filing a complain about is appearing on my report from a company called I.C. SYSTEM, INC. Their contact information, according to what's on my XXXX credit report is : phone number is ( XXXX ) XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX. The account number they have listed on my credit report is : XXXX. This remaining balance of {$380.00} ( Ticket # : XXXX ; spoke with a rep named XXXX who processed my payment ) that was previously associated with this account was PAID IN FULL to the original debt-holder, XXXX, over the phone on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX ( PST ). I.C. SYSTEM, INC. is still reporting a FALSE balance of {$830.00} on credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. Before the balance was updated randomly to this amount, it was {$910.00} reported, also falsely since XXXX of XXXX. I do not have a balance owed to XXXX anymore, period. I do not have any open or closed accounts with a balance under my name for this company AT ALL. I.C. SYSTEM, INC. is fraudulently still applying a non-existent debt on my credit report every month, despite NUMEROUS attempts from XXXX to notify them the former balance of only {$380.00} has been paid in full. At this point, this is my absolute last resort because every time I call I.C. SYSTEM, INC they tell me XXXX has not updated them of the balance being paid in full. But every time I spoke to XXXX they continuously uphold that I do not have a debt owed to them. I also have proof the previous account which was active in XXXX has a XXXX BALANCE.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon, I am writing in regards to a XXXXIC Systems Collection that has been filed on my credit report. I was un aware there was any outstanding balance to XXXX whatsoever. If you review my history with XXXX I have always paid my balances in FULL. In XXXX of 2020 I moved over to XXXX due to carrier and signal issues I incurred when the merged with XXXX. XX/XX/2020 I cancelled one line, XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled the second, XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled the third, then on XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled the 4th line. Since then I continued to receive bills in the mail and they never did cancel the service. I called and spoke to a XXXX rep on XX/XX/2020 to discuss and figure out what happened and why they didn't cancel the account and why i was still being billed. XXXX could not give me an answer and couldn't figure it out. They stated I had a device to turn in so they sent me a box to return the device on XXXX/XXXX/2020. Since then I never heard anything from them until I was notified via XXXX they sent my account to collections. I called IC Systems the day I received notification from XXXX and they had no clue as to where the total came from and said I had to call XXXX, I called XXXX and they also could not explain why they didn't cancel the service back in XXXX, nor could they explain the charges. They informed me the charged me for the device i sent back because it was damaged and that makes no sense what so ever. The phone was in perfect working condition when I sent it in, if it was damaged I wouldn't have sent it back to them, It would have been cheaper for me to buy the device from them vs sending it back. I have disputed this with XXXX and also IC Systems twice and I get nothing from them other than a note on XXXX that says ( Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ). This is not am acceptable explanation. I offered to pay them XXXX $ but neither IC Systems or XXXX said they had the authority to accept an offer, so who do i need to speak with? They are both trying to collect money from me that is in accurate but neither of them know nor can explain the charges listed on my report. In closing I want this removed from my reports, this account should have been closed via XXXX back in XXXX of 2020, they did not .... Thank you for your time,
