Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt was already discharged in bankruptcy and is no longer owed
Consumer Complaint: The company is trying to collect debt without contacting me, to see if the debt is valid. I found out about the alledged debt on my credit report. The law requires them to contact me in writing and allow me 30 days to dispute or settle the debt and that didn't happen. I do not owe the debt and they wouldn't know because they have not communicated with me and I have not received mail from them, because I have USPS Informed delivery and there is no records showing I got mail from them.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt was paid
Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I had a debt with XXXX and the debt was sold to I.C Systems. The debt was in the amount of XXXX dollars. The gentleman I spoke with regarding the debt offered me a settlement of XXXX and assured me that they do pay to deletes. I kept notes of every payment made, recordings of all phone calls, and also every notice sent in the mail. My last payment with my account was on XX/XX/XXXX. The following week I called to make sure that my account was paid in full and the young lady assured me that it was paid in full and even sent me out a notice stating that it has been paid with a balance of XXXX. When I called today to see when the account would be deleted from my credit report, theyre stating that I now owe a balance of {$210.00} because XXXX has very strict payment arrangements. When I made my last payment with them on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked them if I still owed a balance then why wasnt the balance coming from my account because I had my account set up for automatic payments. She stated that no bank account info was on file. I thanked her and disconnected the call and told her that I would be filing a complaint because at this point theyre trying to get more money from me than what we agreed and I refuse to pay a XXXX more. If documentation is needed, I will provide it.
