Consumer Complaint: This is a follow up of closed complaint # XXXX I.C. System is in clear violation of the FDCPA Laws. From there previous response to my original complaint, there is a clear admission of guilt. The Affidavit of Truth was ignored, so was the Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure Notice. The Law States the Following : An affidavit unrebutted stands as Truth. Affidavit uncontested unrequited unanswered ( United States v. Kis, 658 F2d 526, 536 ( 7th Cir,1981 ) ; Cert. Denied, 50 U.S. L. W. 2169 ; S. Ct. March 22,1982 ) " Allegations in affidavit in support of motion must be considered as true in absence of counter- affidavit. '' ( Group v. Finletter, 108 F. Supp. 327 Federal case of Group v Finketter, 109 F. Supp. 327 ) An Affidavit uncontested unrebutted unanswered, Morris v. National Cash Register, 44 S.W. 2d 433 Morris v. National Cash Register, 44 S.W. 2d 433, clearly states at point # 4 that " uncontested allegations in affidavit must be accepted as true ''

Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute of information on my Credit Report through XXXX. IC System, Inc listed several 'aliases ' on my credit report that were misspellings of my name, and an incorrect address. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. IC System, Inc placed several incorrect names as aliases on my credit report : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. Those three names were " updated '' by IC Systems per a dispute I filed by phone, and just switched back to my real name. Obviously, these are different names and not 'aliases. ' They have not yet removed the other aliases they've added : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I was not able to dispute some absurd, incorrect spellings of my names and wrong addresses on my credit report online through XXXX, and they say I am required to contact the collection agency to do so. This is despite the fact that the names and addresses are clearly not mine. IC Systems, per the dispute, 'updated ' the three improper names they placed on my report by simply rendering my correct name instead. But they did not remove the improper address they placed on my report and instead 'Verified it as accurate. ' And at the same time, they proceeded to " verify '' the debt they placed on my credit report associated with that address. It makes no sense that IC Systems would 'add ' several aliases to my credit report and 'update ' those, but not correct a wrong address and debt. I have never lived in Texas, nor do I have debts associated there..
