Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/23 I received a letter from I.C. Systems, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX ( a debt collector ), that I owed {$850.00} for monies owed to XXXX XXXX. First of all, I have never used XXXX XXXX as I just use XXXX XXXX and streaming services. I wrote a letter back to I.C. Systems explaining that I have never used XXXX XXXX and to have the debt removed from my credit history. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from I.C. Systems stating that the account was validated and I still owe the money. They attached a " letter '' supposedly from XXXX stating that the charges were valid. They did not provide any information to substantiate these charges or explain why they consider them valid. These charges are not valid and need to be expunged from your credit history.

An identity thief used my personal information without my permission to open an account and make purchases with IC Systems, XXXX XXXX this debt is not mine. I have enclosed proof of my identity and a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report. In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am asking you to stop collection proceedings against me and stop communicating with me about this debt, except as the Fair Credit Reporting Act allows. I also ask that you notify these businesses and tell them the debt is the result of identity theft. In addition to them checking her in on days she did not attend and I emailed director about it but no one ever responded then the center closed due to staffing issues. I cant talk to anyone there because the center is now closed and they changed staff in our short time being there. I do not owe anything and I want all credit bureaus updated. I let XXXX know in person first about my daughter not coming back then emailed them later on. You will see in the attaches that I messaged them about them checking her in on days she didnt attend and they never responded and now they reported {$350.00} owed and I dont owe anything.
