I am requesting that the unvalidated information is blocked and removed from my credit report immediately and I want a copy of such deletion request sent to me. 15 US Code 1681a ( 2 ) states that any consumer reporting may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Instead of deleting these items which are reporting that I did not have an account or agreement to pay IC SYSTEM, they continue to report it. My report now says " affected by natural disaster. System, Inc mailed me a demand letter which I received on XX/XX/2021, on XX/XX/2021, I noticed that I.C. System, Inc reported a derogatory account to the CRAs which is a violation of my consumer rights because under 15 U.S. Code 1692g ( a ) NOTICE OF DEBT ; CONTENTS a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days AFTER receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX re : IC System Inc. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/2021 to begin a dispute against the above Collection Agency. The dispute is stating that IC System is reporting inaccurate information. Based on FCRA, the DOFD that must be reported is date of delinquency. The Collection Agency illegally re-aged the account and committed a serious violation. Attached are copies of my dispute results from XXXX along with copies of the communication received from IC System Inc. verifying the CORRECT dates. I previously called IC System Inc. and was told that I had to write a letter and mail. I am an unvaccinated person and don't really go out to Post Office and this was an undue burden for me. The person on the phone was rude and unwilling to cooperate although I have the PROOF of the inaccuracy.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.
