Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has reported on my credit multiple times a month, this debit was taken off in XXXX for identity theft and now IC Systems has re-aged this debit on my account. I have sent them letters to verify the debit as well and have not received anything back. I have also contacted XXXX and talked with them about the issue and that it was taken off in XXXX They were able to see this and also added a fraud alert on my account. They continue to call me and try to collect this debt.

Consumer Complaint: I am referring a case to the Consumer Protection Bureau as follows. First, please see the most recent document, 'New_Debt_Collector_Account.jpg '. This was sent to me on XX/XX/2021 and arrived on XX/XX/2021. This is a letter from " I.C. System '' telling me I must pay a delinquent account for " XXXX ''. An account I thought that was already settled by " Offices of the XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. Or so I believed. Until now... See attachment 'dispute.rtf '. This is the original letter I sent to " Offices of the XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. Within 'dispute.rtf ' is a very detailed, and extremely well articulated ( if I do say so myself ) dispute letter, delineating the abuses and reasons to " XXXX '' of why I would not pay the bill. In a response, sent back to me by " Offices of the XXXX XXXX XXXX '', 'dispute_response.jpg ', they said they would discontinue their collection efforts and no information regarding this account would be referred to the credit bureau XXXX THEN, 7 months later, from " I.C. System '' I receive, 'New_Debt_Collector_Account.jpg ', as first seent above, saying I still owe this debt. My question, to " I.C. System '' " XXXX XXXX '' and the " Consumer Protection Bureau '' are : How can I dispute and then remove a debt, that I legitimatlly do not owe, and be exonerated from it, if " Charter/Spectrum '' can simply refer it to another debt collecting company to try and collect it? And then tarnish my credit? Is misleading a consumer like this 'legal '? As 'dispute.rtf ' indicates, I even said I would contact the Consumer Protection Bureau and the XXXX. I did not originally do this and regret that decision, but I am doing so now!! Furthermore, due to the unparalleled absolute deceptive malfeasance on the part of " XXXX '' and these debt XXXX, I am considering approaching media outlets with my story. Consumers can not and should not be ripped of this way and their credit tarnished, while a corrupt telecommunications company and their debt collecting cronies attempt to charge them for several months of internet they never had. This is fraud, it is illegal, and it needs to stop. And I wish to be exonerated from this debt as I was originally led to believe!!! Finally, if " XXXX '' are part of any class action lawsuits involving this behaviour ( and I'm sure they are ), then I wish to testify on the behalf on any government, individual, and/or private institutions as to the corrput nature of entities such as " XXXX '' and their debt collectors, and hereby consent to providing all the following statements, including all attachments herein, and any testimony they want me to give as evidence. -XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: i recently sent a letter to the I.C. SYSTEM, INC and in That letter i clearly demanded to see and receive copies of the purchase agreement FROM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for the alledged debt, and the relationship documents with my wet signature of consent that allowed a third party to buy the debt ( Debt validation was never sent nor received ) and ive yet to get a response from them but they continue to harrass me phone calls with no proof of validation to collect on the debt. And if they have anything with my signature on it, than they are now beyond the allowed 30 day grace period to inform me that they obtained the debt which is a violation of the FCRA, IN ADDITION I clearly stated my request for them not to contact me by phone, at home or work or anywhere else. This letter was sent via certified mail with return receipt, which I have proof of. Since you have continued to call me after receiving that letter, you are now in violation of the FDCPA which I assume you know very well. And they continue to harrass me with phone calls and collections notices of debt that do not belong to me and if they continue to pursue reporting on my credit report than i would like to take legal action as soon as possible.thank you

Consumer Complaint: When I turned XXXX this year I went to open a student credit card for college when they told me my credit had debt I owed knowing Ive never had anything in my name my whole life. After finding this out I created a XXXX account to dispute this claim towards me even though it wasn't mine. Continuing my dispute they claimed it wasnt negative even though the debt I owed clearly isnt mine. It was supposably in XXXX and in XXXX I was XXXX years old. I just want this off of my credit because when I turn XXXX Im supposed to have no credit not negative for a payment that never belonged to me.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has been harassing me since XXXX. They have gone through 6 different debt collection agencies, ( even using 2 different companies at the same time in XXXX ), to put derogatory remarks on my credit report, when I did not use their services. I have even had to file a police report, showing that I didn't use their services. They deleted themselves from my report, and later filed again, using a different agency. They also flag my credit every 3-5 days. Even after reaching out to prove that I haven't used their services, and being told that they would leave me alone, they still continue to harass me. Consumer Complaint: I received a bill in the mail around XXXX stating I owed a bill of XXXX dollars for a hospital visit. I reviewed the information and realized that this was for a visit that I never had. I have never been to XXXX Georgia but they are claiming that I received services from them as of XX/XX/2020. My issue is that I again have never been to XXXX GA. Now they have placed this on my credit which is becoming a hassle to have removed. In addition to this, me and my insurance provider reached out to the company seeking resolution but they gave us the run around. I requested verification by way of identification they used to process this and they stated I was unconscious. It has been a nightmare and still I am being affected by this foolishness.

Consumer Complaint: I received information from you attempting to collect the above-listed alleged debt that you have listed on my 3 credit reports. Your initial communication to me of the alleged-debts was within 30 days ago. Please be further advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged debt in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged debt, including, the name and address of the original creditor, along with a copy of a signed contract with the creditor. You are illegally attempting to collect alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. I have no knowledge of this company or alleged debt. I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately.
