Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I am a CONSUMER and ORIGINAL CREDITOR. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from IC System offering some type of " settlement offer '' however I never gave any consent to this company to contact me pursuant 15 USC 1692c ( a ) Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt- they are violating the federal laws including 15 USC 1692b ( 5 ) -not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt and 15 USC 1692b ( 2 ) -not state that such consumer owes any debt. I have proof of it and it will be attached to this complaint that IC Systems is violating me as a CONSUMER pursuant the FDCPA laws mention above. I try to resolve this over the phone and spoke with XXXX XXXX and she did nothing about it and I also talked to XXXX or Supervisor XXXX XXXX and she stated she can't do nothing because she need it to wait for the Original Creditor ( which is another violation under 15 Usc 1692e false or misleading representations ) because I am the original creditor pursuant 15 usc 1602 ( g ).

You are illegally attempting to collect alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has contacted me almost daily for a week regarding medical debt. I have advised them EACH time that I am not currently employed and am unable to pay the debt at this time. On the call that took place approximately XX/XX/2021, I advised them that the address they had on file was incorrect and I confirmed my po box address so that they may send the legally required validation of debt, which they have yet to resend. On the call today, XX/XX/2021, the agent that I spoke to continued to attempt to delve into my personal life and finances which I advised her were not her concern as I had already advised I had no income. Once the call ended I called back to speak to a supervisor, I advised the supervisor that their company was in violation of sections 806, 808, and 809 of the FDCPA to which her response was that she would remove my number and listen to the calls. I again advised that at this time they were outside of the legally required window for validation of the debt and she stated that she would resend the letter, to which I quoted again that she was outside of the legally required window. I asked to speak with someone within the company who took these matters seriously to which she replied that she does and that she's removing my numbers and I should keep hers.

My health insurance is XXXX and for some reason this company didnt bill my insurance company and is choosing to emails me about the debt. Once I went to the emergency room and presented my XXXX at the point I know from my history of handling medical billing that I shouldnt be balanced billed or harassed with collect attempts. This scam company is notorious for going after poor, XXXX recipients and quietly adding charges on their credit reports. This company XXXX now XXXX XXXX is notorious for quietly adding bills on your credit. They shouldnt be balance billing or harassing XXXX recipients.
