Consumer Complaint: IC Systems reached out to me regarding two accounts one being XXXX, and XXXX on XX/XX/2022. They spoke to me about these accounts and we agreed that If I make a lump sum payment, IC Systems will remove all negative information from my credit file associated with the debt. We agreed to settle Account XXXX where we agreed that I would pay {$270.00}, for account XXXX we agreed that I would pay {$85.00}. On XX/XX/2022 I kept my end of our agreement and hoped that IC Systems would do the same. However as of Today XX/XX/2022 IC Systems is still reporting negative information regarding this account. According to the FDCPA has a strict list of laws that Debt Collection agencies must follow and IC Systems is violating the law by misleading me as to what I was paying for. At first I believed that this may have been an honest mistake on their behalf. However I submitted a dispute with the Bureaus and they wrote me that IC Systems allegedly " verified '' this. The call that the agent and I had on XX/XX/XXXX notates that I agreed to give IC systems a lump sum of money in exchange they would remove all negative information from my credit file. If IC systems is not going to keep honor our agreement I need to be refunded {$360.00} immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Was approached by a XXXX salesman at XXXX, Told himI just purchased a home and didnt know when I would even be moving into home. He said that wasnt a problem, I can set up your account and they will send you the equipment and you wont be billed untill you have equipment set up and you make a call to activate the equipment, They mailed the equipment to my address and also billed me immediately. I called and cancelled the account and turned in the equipment, equipment was never opened, Also have the receipt for equipment returned. I asked store clerk if I owed anything because I had the XXXX bill with me and he said that bill was just a pending bill if I didnt return the equipment. Told me there was no charge. I would have paid this bill immediately if I owed it. My XXXX was XXXX when this collection started and I have always paid my bills to get my score this high. Because of this debt collection that I do not owe, my XXXX score has dropped to XXXX, which I am very mad about. This is either XXXX policy to have salesmen lie to get accounts or salesman lied to get account. They started this debt collection without ever asking my side of the story.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX kept reporting an unverified debt that I did not owe against me. Particularly, XXXX refused to delete an unverified collection filed on my credit profile by IC Systems Collections. I was not responsible or privy to the underlying collection. IC Systems Collections reported the same inaccurate debt information on other Credit Bureau Companies such as XXXX and XXXX. When I noticed the inaccurate debt information on my credit, I requested validation and subsequently disputed the debt. XXXX and XXXX deleted the debt from my credit account when it was found inaccurate and unverifiable. However, XXXX refused to delete the inaccurate debt information from my account hence, this complaint. Therefore, I believe XXXX is taking the reporting of the erroneous debt information personally against me. Please compare other Bureaus ' credit reports with XXXX.
