Consumer Complaint: My credit report was ran and a collection from Ic Systems Inc representing XXXX a gas and electric company came up on my report. I got this information from XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/22 So on XX/XX/22 I called Ic Systems Inc and they wanted me to pay {$470.00} to get the debt taken care of which is not my debt. I called XXXX myself and they never sent anything to a collection agency. I have XXXX XXXX the lady I talked to at Ic Systems Inc ) my bank card to put {$1.00} and my social security number to pull up my account. I believe this is a scam so I cancelled my card I gave her.

Not one option listed states " address dispute '' but however XXXX is stating to the creditor that I am disputing my address. I am not disputing my address but I am disputing an identification process in which the creditor can not prove identification such a simple state i.d document or license verification. However XXXX is ignoring my request for an identification request from the creditor which violates my FCRA rights.

Consumer Complaint: I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the United States, if executed outside of the United States ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. 1621. This collection found within my credit report are not related to any transaction that I made. I am alleging that a person or company- without my authorization- used my personal identifying information to apply for goods, services, or money ; and was successful in creating some accounts. All is being investigated by the FTC.
