Consumer Complaint: I C Systems [ Their Address ] [ City, State, ZIP Code ] Subject : Unauthorized Access and Collection Account on My Consumer Report Dear I C Systems, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding the access and reporting of my consumer information by your agency. It has come to my knowledge that I C Systems has gained access to my consumer report without obtaining my written permission, which contravenes the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically under Section 604. Furthermore, a collection account has been added to my consumer file without my authorization, violating my rights as per Section 623 of the FCRA, which stipulates the responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. This unauthorized access and addition of a collection account constitute a major breach of my privacy and raise serious concerns about potential identity fraud, as outlined in Section 621 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the FCRA, which emphasizes the importance of protecting consumer privacy. In addition to federal law, I want to highlight relevant sections of South Carolina state law. Pursuant to South Carolina Code of Laws Section 37-5-108, it is unlawful to engage in unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the collection of debts, including any conduct that may jeopardize the privacy or welfare of a consumer. Furthermore, under South Carolina Code of Laws Section 37-5-104, creditors and debt collectors are required to provide accurate and complete information to consumer reporting agencies, ensuring the integrity of consumer credit reports. I would like to emphasize that, even in the case of a permissible purpose, consumer consent is a necessity, as per Section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( F ) ( i ) ( I ) of the FCRA, which I have not provided in this instance. I firmly assert that this collection account is unverifiable due to the lack of my written consent for its presence on my credit report. I request that, within XXXX days of receiving this letter, I C Systems promptly removes this collection account from my consumer file and expunges all of my personal data from your database, as mandated by Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of the FCRA. Additionally, I expect I C Systems to communicate appropriately with the credit bureaus to ensure the deletion of this item from my credit report, as per Section 611 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the FCRA. Following the resolution of this matter, I request that all third-party communication and furnishing of my information cease immediately, in accordance with Section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( F ) ( i ) ( II ) of the FCRA. Failure to comply with these requests within the stipulated XXXX-day timeframe will be considered willful noncompliance and may result in civil accountability for I C Systems, as provided under Section 616 of the FCRA. Done in good faith.

Consumer Complaint: I had a bogus collection on all XXXX of my credit reports. I filed disputes with all XXXX credit bureaus by certified mail. XXXX is the sole credit reporting agency that still recognizes the debt. After multiple attempts at contacting them I have been forced to file this complaint. The collection showing on my XXXX account is from a company called I.C Systems. I never did business with these people and I expressed that this was a case of fraud in my dispute. Also XXXX is incorrectly showing that 2 other accounts are late but closed and paid. The accounts can't be both late and closed. I paid off the accounts and closed them, however this is not reflected on XXXX. Thank you to whoever reads and investigates this matter. I really appreciate your time and attention.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to move. When they pull my report they told me I had {$1000.00} debit on my credit report. I called the company they couldn't explain and couldn't find notes. I called the agency at the time. They couldn't explain. I disputed through my credit report and they removed it. 2 months later they put it back under a different agency. I've had issues since then. This bill is not accurate. There is no way they would allow someone not to pay and they still have service. On one call they said I didn't return equipment. I found a receipt that shows I did in fact return equipment. Please help me. This is NOT accurate and it's wrong of them to keep reporting this year ' after year. I don't know what todo. No cable company is going to let you keep service month after month with out you paying your bill, but they are telling me. That's what this is and equipment fees. When I asked for an itemized bill. It started with {$300.00} something dollars ( no explanation ) then continued to add charges from there. Things that I wasn't suppose to be charged for was on there. I'm told they can't see the notes but I'm expected to just pay it. This is not right. I had not had service for 5 or 6 years when they put this on my report put the blue. I think it's wrong they couldn't get the notes and details buy they have a balance that doesn't make sense.
