Consumer Complaint: GM financial has failed to update my positive payment history since XX/XX/2017. I contacted GM three times about the issue. I was told they would update my credit reports. After no update, I was told I have to dispute the issue with my credit beuraus and it will take 30-45 days to see the matter resolved. This is their job to report. I made the payments on time for the last three months.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a lease through XXXX XXXX of XXXX Ma in XX/XX/2017. I was only there because I had purchased a XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX the week before and had such a great experience. I only worked with the finance manager, XXXX during this transaction. I paid aprx {$1400.00} the day I picked up the truck. I was under the impression that covered XXXX and XXXX 's payment, same as the XXXX dealership. When I hadn't heard anything, I called in to customer service XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to a really nice rep who stated my account was due on the XXXX of every month and if I didn't make a payment by today I would be 30 days past due. I was in shock AS I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A MORTGAGE AND COULDN'T HAVE A 30 DAY LATE PAY or I could lose the mortgage down payment, etc. I went home and paid through the automated phone system as I didn't have a check on me at the time. I entered and re-entered both my account and routing number TWICE. Later on, I received an email stating the account was paid with a confirmation number. The following Monday was XXXX and since this was the first time making a payment with GM Financial I wasn't sure how long it would take to post, especially with the holiday. As of Friday it still wasn't taken out of my checking account so I called. They were closed. I called again Monday. At this point the online system stated that they were closed until further notice for system updates. I couldn't log into my account online and I couldn't get through to a human being until XX/XX/XXXX. At this point, I had contacted the dealership, XXXX, and asked what to do. I then received a notification from my credit monitoring services that GM had reported my account 30 days late and my credit went down 60 POINTS MAKING ME NOT QUALIFY FOR MY MORTGAGE. I was appalled. I couldn't speak to anyone, no one would return my calls and I was in the process of losing XXXX and my first home. Since this, no one has helped me. I've contemplated getting a lawyer but the fees are hefty and I'm trying to get back on my feet and buy a home as I had to take out a loan to do so. I've had several conversations with the manager of the dealership I was working with and no help. I've sent certified letters to the President and to other Leadership members of GM Financial with no help. Please help me. This is totally unfair and I would never have purchased this truck knowing how awful they treat their customers. Not to mention, the truck had to go into the shop for a fuel emissions issue and I was without the vehicle. IT IS BRAND NEW. Keep in mind- they are stating that I entered my account information incorrectly. Which is not true as I entered it twice repeatedly through their system. I feel as though they are trying to make money off of me. They also increased my loan amount by {$12000.00} ( shown below from my credit file )

Consumer Complaint: I gave XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ga permission to run my credit ONE ( 1 ) time for auto financing on either XX/XX/2018 or XX/XX/2018. I can not remember the specific date. I went inside the dealership and this occurred between XXXX and XXXX EST. Instead of running my credit once through one lender, they did it with 6 different lenders, without my permission. I have 6 hard inquiries that I did not consent to in one day!
