Consumer Complaint: I have disputed 10 hard stops on my credit report from XXXX in the amounts of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX and they have all been disputed as of XX/XX/2018 however they are still showing up on my credit report and I need them to be removed. These are not my fault, they are XXXX 's error and this have negatively impacted my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: I had an auto loan through GM Financial in 2013. Unfortunately one month after I purchased the vehicle my husband was hit by another car on his way to work and the car was totalled. I was toldby my insurance company that the car was being totalled and they were sending the full payment to pay off the balance of the auto loan. GM financial marked my account as late during that time. It is now 5 years later but this account still shows the status as " 60 days late '' on my credit report. I have attempted to dispute this information through the credit bureaus and GM Financial refuses to correct the current account status. Account status should be paid in full. This has been negatively impacting my credit for years which is extremely unfair when I didn't even do anything wrong.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with GMFNANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX and GMFNANCIAL with no successful resolution. XXXX only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late XX/XX/2017.

Consumer Complaint: My account with GM Financial was transfered to a third party to be settled. The settlement was paid off at the beginning of XXXX but the company is not reporting to my credit only GM Financial. We are in the process of buying a house and the credit bureau is asking for a letter from GM Financial stating that the account was transferred to XXXX XXXX which is the settlement company. Ive spoken to 4 different people at GM and all of them told me they can not give me that letter because they do not have a template set up for something like that. One of those 4 people even hung up on me when I was trying to get information. We are trying to get this done before my realtor has to run my credit again for the third time and dropping it more than it has already.

Consumer Complaint: I lease my car through GM Financial. Payments are made online. I made payment in XXXX and statement states next payment due on XX/XX/2018. I had a death in the family and I just look into my credit report and Have excellent credit. I seen that my rating when down. I looked into and GM Financial filed a report that I was 30 days late. I immediately paid a payment. The account says I don't owe a payment to XX/XX/2018. I called GM Financial and the women said she would not in my account that there was a clitch in system, I called the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said to call GM Financial back and ask them to report it. I called back and after 25 minutes speaking to a reprensative, he transferred me to a supervisor and she stated that they can't back and report it. I told I would call the Federal Trade Commision. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, while I was sitting with my husband at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX for him to turn in his vehicle and renew his lease, I was convinced to turn my lease in early for a new GMC that was not yet on the lot. After spending a significant amount of time there, I agreed and was provided with an estimated delivery date of my new vehicle of XX/XX/XXXX. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was responsible for two lease payments, and didn't have possession of my new vehicle until XX/XX/XXXX. As a result of dealer error and misinformation, my credit has been negatively affected, I was in the hospital for XXXX ( I am a XXXX patient ) and I was ultimately provided with a vehicle that didn't have everything that it was supposed to have. I am still awaiting reimbursement for the XX/XX/XXXX payment and {$100.00} copay from my hospital copay that was promised to me. I was also told 2 years free oil changes and was then provided with 2 free oil changes. The ultimate irony of the " 3 months free '' Satellite radio that it should have, it did not even come with the option for Satellite radio. Again, this is the LEAST of the issues, but just an another example of " bait and switch ''. And now, I can't even receive a response from anyone!
