Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/17 I went to XXXX of XXXX for a new XXXX. During the signing of the contract I agreed to pay {$550.00} a month for the car and trade in I had. After I had signed the contract it stated {$550.00} a month. Then I get a call from the finance Co. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX the guy stated during the call, " he was calling to confirm the payments for {$670.00} a month. I then was frustrated because when I signed the papers it said {$550.00} with a a guy named XXXX who works at XXXX of XXXX. So I go back to XXXX of XXXX and confront XXXX during our conversation he pulls the contract out and shows it to me. I have my cousin in the room with me. So while looking at the contract my signature was change and the monthly payment also along with my trade in value and they added a {$10000.00} buy out i never agreed to. I snacted the paper off the desk and told XXXX this was not what i agreed to. He turns red aggressively asking me to return the paper. I said why did you change the information after I signed the paperwork. So then XXXX agreed to change it to {$550.00} after all the commotion. So I figured everything would be fix after this but, it wasn't XXXX done the paperwork and the next call I got from XXXX XXXX XXXX the guy says your payments or {$640.00}. So this is the 2nd XXXX change the information on the contract. I called for months up to XXXX of XXXX to speak to whoever owns the company they gave me the run around he never returned my calls at all. So I brung this issue up to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Mind you I was never late on any payments trying to figure out how to handle this issue. No lawyers in Delaware handle this kind of case which I find very strange. I tried everything. I keep reading over the contracts for months seeing how this guy XXXX XXXX me around to cheat me out of the money. I really work hard for every day. Then after months of searching I found you guys to try to help me with this issue. So XXXX of XXXX came got there car and sold it with out me knowing about this. Then they send me a bill for {$12000.00} which I do not owe them any money. I had the car 10 months payed on time everytime. I put {$4000.00} down and a trade in. They have reported false information to all 3 credit bureau, that I will liked removed. They stated to the credit bureau that this dept is in collection which is a lie and that they wrote it off as a bad dept. I haven't seen a judge for this matter at all. I had my legal office contact them on many occasions no response. The people at GM Financial left rude messages and responses when the attorneys tried to contact them and played many phone games. I would appreciate if they removed the false information from the 3 credit bureaus and quit harassing me for money I don't owe the this matter is closed with with Gm Financial and no negative remarks should be on my credit report at all. It's been on going harassment. My attorneys XXXX XXXX has been very respectful but Gm Financial hasn't cooperated at all!

Consumer Complaint: My vechicle payments were applied to a loan for my previous vechicle, which I no longer owned. I had to figure out where the payments went on my own, and explain this to GM finiancial, since GM finiancial had introduced a new computer system, and had major problems. I have phone records and email correspondence proving that I was adamantly pursuing a solution. Once found, GM promised me that the descrepincy would not affect my credit score while they mailed me checks back so that I could reapply the money to the correct account. Checks took over 30 days to get back, whick delayed my payment. I asked GM finiancial specifically about how this would affect my credit, and was assured the payment would be reported as on time, sine they had the payment to the wrong account would have been on time to the correct account. I would have made extra payments to avoid this damage on my credit report if GM finiancial gave me accurate information that I asked for. Customer service was absolutely unacceptable through all of this, and I had no problem overlooking it as long as my credit was not affected negatively. At no point in all of this could I stay in contact with the same representative, and the representative could not find previous notes for the situation on my account. Everytime I would call, I had to start from the beginning, explaining the situation to the representative.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX to get a loan to purchase my leased vehicle from General Motors. the loan officer called GM to inquire as to the payoff amount she ran my credit and they approved the payoff amount GM gave her ( my credit score was XXXX ) she contacted GM for a hard copy of the payoff before she could issue a check of which they sent via fax dated XX/XX/2018 my banker cut a check for the amount of {$22000.00} and mailed it to GM dated XX/XX/2018 XXXX received the check XX/XX/2018 and deposited it XX/XX/2018. As far as the bank and I knew the truck was paid for but the bank never received the title about 2 months later we started checking and GM was claiming I owed them more money for a payment in XX/XX/18 and XX/XX/18 we could not understand they said they had sent the wrong payoff amount that it should have been {$23000.00} and that they could not apply the check we sent to my account because it was incorrect they had already turned me into the credit bureau as late on payments it was all there mistake and they fined me for late payments at this time all I wanted to do is pay them and get my credit fixed so my bank sent them a check for the difference but now my credit score is XXXX because of there mistake + {$1500.00} in fines and penalties I had to pay.

Consumer Complaint: Having and issue with GM Financial and a negative report on both my husband and my credit. From the onset of this contract there was a dispute/misunderstanding as when the 1st payment would be due. After several conversations between my husband and GM Financial and after a due date change request, we were under the impression our 1st payment was pushed to end of loan, due date changed to XX/XX/XXXX of month & 1st payment now due XX/XX/XXXX. I made ( 2 ) payments inXX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX then another on XX/XX/XXXX ; all before due date of XX/XX/XXXX - at least so I thought. The XX/XX/XXXX payment was to cover XX/XX/XXXX, the XX/XX/XXXX payment to cover XX/XX/XXXX and the XX/XX/XXXX payment to cover XX/XX/XXXX ; monthly thereafter I paid on the XX/XX/XXXX of month to date. I recently called to speak to a Rep about the late and past due payments showing and was advised that my XX/XX/XXXX was not received so every payment I have been paying monthly since the XX/XX/XXXX payment has been applied to the prior month. Then to my surprise, I get notification that a late mark has been added to both my husband and my credit report for XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. After calling to inquire about that, I am told that my payment was posted on the XX/XX/XXXX despite me accessing GM 's website and actually making the payment on the XX/XX/XXXX ( keep in mind I am thinking I am up to date ; but GM Financial is applying my payments to a prior month ), so I dispute citing why would you report me for a day late only to be told the same thing again. Even though NOW realizing the situation with the XX/XX/XXXX payment, I advised GM I disagree with the late because I made the payment on time ( XX/XX/XXXX ) ; their 3rd party vendor posted to them the next business day ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I disagree with the fact that there are ( 2 ) customer experiences with GM depending on how you pay. If I pay by mail with check and it is received on the XX/XX/XXXX, it is posted day received. However, using GM 's website, if I pay on the XX/XX/XXXX it is not acknowledged till the 3rd party vendor XXXX XXXX posts it ; in my case the next business day ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I spoke to GM 's credit reporting department and they refused to remove the derogatory report citing I made the payment at XXXX and cutoff for 3rd party vendor to post is XXXX. I am disputing the derogatory remark, as it is not valid. I have been consistently making my payment on the XX/XX/XXXX of the month to GM 's website and that is the date I paid with the late in question. I feel that GM should honor the date their customer makes the payment on their site not the date a 3rd party vendor processes, which in this case resulted in a negative effect on their customer ( me ) who pays timely every month. GM did not call to offer me any remedy for the XX/XX/XXXX payment they say I missed & there was no letter sent offering me an extension ( which I qualified for ) to remedy the issue either, they just continued to accept the monthly payment and apply it to a prior month. I must give credit and say that the customer service department Supervisor did acknowledge the issue with the account and removed the late charges, but GM Financials credit reporting department refuses to remove the derogatory remark ; citing the date XXXX XXXX posts is the date they have to use not the date I accessed GM 's website to make the payment. When consumers work HARD to maintain their credit, big companies should not be allowed to destroy it due to their agreements with 3rd parties. Hoping that GM Financial will do what is right and remove the derogatory remark from our credit, which has had a detrimental affect causing us to lose a pre-approval for mortgage and will ultimately cost us down the line and in securing the best interest rates in other areas.

Consumer Complaint: This Complaint is about a XXXX XXXX that I bought XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, financially by GMFinancial. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Type RETAIL Account Number XXXX At the time of the purchase I paid {$2000.00} cash with a monthly payment of {$260.00} for 72 months. on XX/XX/XXXX I wanted to pay off the car. I looked in their website an opened the payoff page I had a total payoff amount of $ XXXX.- with 7 payments to go. I did not agree with the total amount, so I called them. The first called the agent stated that was the total amount to pay off the XXXX. I explained if there are only 7 payments to go the total amount should be {$1800.00}, she talked about interest. I requested the statements since I bought the car on XX/XX/XXXX. She said she will contact another department to mail the statements. The statements never got to the mail box. I called them back, this time the agent explained the same, I didnt understand about the interest and told her I dont owe that amount, she said the information online is different from the one they have in the files. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called them again and the same answer, I never received the statements. There are a lot of discrepancies : 1 ) The 7 payments to go were there for about 3 months ; 2 ) In the history account they jump onXX/XX/XXXX, 12 payments to go and on XX/XX/XXXX 15 payments to go-3 payments increased ; 3 ) when I was in monetary crisis I didnt pay the month, but as you will see in the statements I had time when I paid {$500.00} ; 4 ) They never mailed the statements I requested with the {$2000.00} down payment. As of as today they requested me to pay the car off {$2100.00}, still 6 months to go X XXXX = XXXX and I dont even owe them that amount. This car should be paid off on XX/XX/XXXX AMOUNT FINANCED {$12000.00}, {$2000.00}, cash down payment. AS OF TODAY, I had paid XXXX. THEY STILL CHARGING UNTIL XXXX ANOTHER {$1300.00}. I havent made XXXX payment, Im sick, a lot of lab to find out what is going on with my poor health. My income is not the same as before. And I need to get rid of this account, I turn XXXX yrs on XXXX and I dont want this account on my shoulder. Thank you for any help with this situation. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, Fl XXXX XXXX
